Movie date with my sister
Since there are only two of us siblings, my sister and I rarely get to spend time together. We live in different cities and only visit each other occasionally. And when I come home and we get together, my sister is always happy when I ask her to hang out or go somewhere with me. Understandably, because my sister takes care of her two sons who are still in school and doesn't have time to travel. So, her only chance to travel is when she's with me.
So, that day we had made plans to go to the cinema. Not only because my sister hadn't been to the cinema in a long time, but also because she wanted to see Avatar Ash and Fire.
Since our destination was about an hour away, we left quite early, around 9 a.m. It was just the two of us. It was like a sibling date, ha ha ha. We drove carefully and cheerfully. The roads were dry and it wasn't hot. It seemed like God was blessing our trip.
After about an hour, we arrived at the car park and parked our motorbike. We immediately went up to the top floor where XXI was located. Since there was still time before the show started, my sister and I played around in the XXI area first. We looked at the time zone area, took photos in front of the posters of the films that were going to be shown, and played with the mirror groupie.
After the announcement that the film was about to start, I scanned my ticket at the machine, then went inside and found the seats we had reserved.
The film began, the lights dimmed, and the thumping sound from the bumper echoed through my heart. I was so excited to meet Jake Sully and his gang. My sister, sitting to my left, looked thoroughly enjoying the film, which lasted over three hours. Even after the film ended, we stopped by for coffee and bought lunch. Meanwhile, my sister came home and busily searched for more information about James Cameron's work. It turns out she liked the film, guys! I was happy too.
Today's siblings date was a success! Hopefully there will be another trip for our family. See you in my next post. Thank you for reading.
