My G.O.A.T Movie Series Goes To Vampire Diaries.

Hello fellow Midnight Owl, it's currently 1:50am from my end and I say this, I already smell Christmas, it isn't wrong to say Merry Christmas in advance people....

Now whenever G.O.A.T conversations come up, especially about TV shows, me I already know people will start fighting for their favorites, dome will shout Breaking Bad, some will say Game of Thrones, others will mention Money Heist, truth is all of them are good, no doubt, but for me o, My Greatest Of All Time series will always be "The Vampire Diaries." No debate here whatsoever, no overthinking, that show has my heart on a proper lockdown.

See, I am not even joking when I say I have watched The Vampire Diaries more times than I can actually count, I have rewatched it so much that sometimes I don’t even need any subtitles or sound again, I already know what Is coming, and the crazy thing is, it never gets boring, every time I start it again, it still hits like it is my first watch.

See from the very first episode, the show knew what it was doing, Mystic Falls, Elena Gilbert, the mysterious new guy in school, and then boom... vampires, The Salvatore brothers alone carried this series on their backs, Stefan and Damon? two complete opposites, yet somehow both unforgettable, Stefan with his calm, I want to be good vibe, and Damon with his chaotic, reckless, sarcastic energy, Damon especially... see that man was a whole problem on his own, but the kind you can’t stop watching.

What makes The Vampire Diaries special for me is how it blends everything together, like the Romance, action, friendship, betrayal, sacrifice, family, and pain ,everything was just inside there, One minute you are smiling because of a cute scene, the next minute you are crying because someone just died… again, and even when people die, you know in that universe, death is never really the end, which somehow still keeps you emotionally invested.

The storyline was not just about vampires drinking blood and fighting, it went deeper than that, we saw witches, werewolves, hybrids, originals, doppelgangers you name it..... The Originals coming into the picture took the show to another level entirely, Klaus Mikaelson alone deserves his own G.O.A.T conversation because that character was written so well, Villain, hero, broken soul, everything inside one person.

Another thing I loved was the friendships. Elena, Bonnie, and Caroline, three very different girls, but their bond was solid, Bonnie especially went through a lot, If there is anyone who suffered the most in that series, it is Bonnie Bennett, Yet she kept showing up for her friends, that kind of loyalty alone made me love her character deeply.

And let’s not even talk about the music, The Vampire Diaries knew how to place songs at the right moments, some scenes still live rent free in my head because of the soundtrack playing in the background.

At the end of the day, The Vampire Diaries is my G.O.A.T because it made me feel everything, Love, anger, sadness, excitement , all of it, A series that can pull that off and still make me rewatch it a million times? That’s not just a good show, that’s a legend.
