The Peperanos is a cartoon parody reimagining "The Sopranos" but with Pepe the Frog and his amphibian crew taking over the New Jersey mob world.

Pepe starts having mysterious panic attacks — blacking out mid-barbecue in his backyard pond while flipping burgers for his wife and kids. After his neighbor doc can't find anything physically wrong, Pepe ends up in therapy.
