Initially, the relationship between Josee and Tsuneo begins almost out of obligation, but it gradually transforms into something much deeper. When Tsuneo notices that Josee is building an emotional barrier to protect herself, he doesn't try to save her or change her mind... the first step comes when he treats her like a "normal" person who has dreams, goals, virtues, flaws, and above all, the ability to make her own decisions.

One of my favorite scenes is the one our protagonists share on the beach. It's not only visually stunning, but it also becomes an emotional turning point for Josee. She experiences "freedom" for the first time; observing the sea, accompanied by the sound of the wind and the music, creates an atmosphere where everything feels possible for Josee, even if just for a moment.

I highly recommend this film because it doesn't try to be flashy or impressive; instead, it touches your heart in a very delicate way. Beyond the animation, the scenery, the soft colors that convey tranquility, and the soundtrack that accompanies us at the perfect moments... Without a doubt, it's a film with a genuine, honest story that gradually teaches us emotional maturity and the ability to learn to live, even when the world seems intimidating or limiting. It's a film that makes you think about your own fears, your limitations, and the people who, in one way or another, help us move forward.

El día de hoy les hablaré de una película muy linda y que se toma su tiempo para hablar de diversos temas como los sueños, las limitaciones (Que puede ser realidad para algunos), el miedo a conocer el mundo exterior y sobre todo el deseo o fantasía de querer vivir plenamente. A pesar de ser una película que no tiene giros argumentales inesperados, la magia se encuentra en lo cotidiano y sobre todo el sentir cosas que no podemos expresar con palabras.

SINOPSIS / RESUMEN:

Tsuneo es un estudiante universitario que conoce a Josee, una joven que rara vez sale de su casa debido a su imposibilidad para andar.

UNA TRAMA LIGERA PERO PROFUNDA:

• Josee, una joven que utiliza una silla de ruedas y pasa gran parte de su vida aislada del mundo exterior o como me gusta decir "encerrada en su propia burbuja" / "encerrada en su propio mundo". Su carácter es duro y suele ser muuuy directa (A tal punto de poder herir con sus palabras), pero ella es así debido al miedo, desconfianza, la frustración y el dolor de sentirse atrapada.

• Tsuneo, un estudiante universitario apasionado por el mar, los peces y la idea de explorar el mundo. Es una persona muy paciente, algo curioso que tiene sus sueños y metas claras.

Algo que debemos tener en cuenta es que el primer encuentro que tienen no es algo que podamos romantizar (Será algo incómodo... por no decir doloroso por la caída). Peo a pesar de este acontecimiento nos damos cuenta como dos personas completamente distintas se acompañan poco a poco mientras aprenden a enfrentarse a la vida.

Al inicio, la relación entre Josee y Tsuneo nace casi por obligación, pero poco a poco se transforma en algo mucho más profundo. Tsuneo al notar que Josee para protegerse construye una barrera emocional, no intenta salvarla o cambiar su forma de opinión... el primer pasó surge cuando la trata como una persona "normal" que tiene sueños, metas, virtudes, defectos y sobre todo la capacidad de tomar las decisiones por sí misma.

No solo veremos la mejora de Josee, sino que observaremos una transformación mutua, ya que mientras se van conociendo, ella comienza a confiar y expresar lo que siente... aquí es donde se permite soñar con un futuro propio en el que no depende de nadie. Por parte de Tsuneo, aprende que no todo en la vida se trata de avanzar sin mirar atrás, también entiende el valor de detenerse, de escuchar y acompañar.

Y al finalizar toda la trama (No realizaré spoilers de que es lo que sucede), pero así como sucedió su inicio algo "doloroso" por la caída... esta vez no dolerá como la primera vez.

UN MOMENTO QUE QUEDA EN EL CORAZÓN:

Una de las escenas que me encantan es el momento que tienen nuestros protagonistas en la playa, ya que no solo es una escena muy linda visualmente... sino que llega a ser un punto de quiebre emocional para Josee. Ella experimenta por primera vez la "libertad", el observar el mar junto al sonido, el viento y la música crean una atmósfera donde todo se siente posible para Josee, aunque sea por un instante.

Recomiendo mucho esta película por que no busca ser algo fascinante para impresionar, sino que toca el corazón de uno de una forma muy delicada. Más allá de la animación, los escenarios, colores suaves que transmiten tranquilidad y una banda sonora que nos acompaña en los momentos perfectos... Sin dudas, es una película con una historia genuina, honesta que nos enseña poco a poco la madurez emocionalmente y la capacidad de aprender a vivir, incluso cuando el mundo parece intimidante o limitante. Es una película que te hace pensar en tus propios miedos, en tus límites y en las personas que, de una u otra forma nos ayudan a avanzar.
