The Matrix was truly the film of the century. It blew peopleās minds and left a mark on everyone who watched that first movie. I also had a great time playing the game on PC inspired from this superb movie ā the whole šworld was insane.

Such a classic movie!
Sorry man, but classics are the movies from before the ā90s. This one doesnāt belong in that category at all ā itās not a classic, itās simply a phenomenon. And honestly, I think it was one of the most extravagant films ever made, the kind that pushed people into creating all sorts of bizarre conspiracy theories. Some folks even take it to extremes.

One of the all time classics, this was inspired by Ghost In the Shell. Cyberpunk heaven.
Didnāt know about the Ghost in the Shell influence, thatās cool. But I still donāt see it as an allātime classic ā itās more of a phenomenon than a classic.
The matrix change the culture, we see how many people use it as the way to represent the society world that has nothing to do with the natural way of things, or how political worlds are just unreal bubbles. Even on Bitcoin we reference it with the 'Orange Pill' analogy.
Yeah, it definitely shifted the culture...that influence never really went away.
Stuck in a void. I need to revisit it, the idea is here but the whole plot feels blurry. It has been years since last watch.
