No, it’s not like Ready Player One is much better from that. In RPO people enter a game. In Valerian, the physical and digital worlds run in parallel, layered on top of each other. It’s not escapism, it’s symbiosis — two realities coexisting and interacting at the same time. A completely different concept, far more complex than play‑to‑earn.
