When Everyone Is a Suspect: Inside The Residence
Movies are an important part of our lives; they're one thing that goes a long way in not only entertaining us but also broadening our knowledge, and much more, to name but a few. I've been privileged to watch many movies right from my childhood till this very moment, and I can say for a fact that I've had a great experience with the majority of them because of the impact, knowledge, and entertainment they present. For this reason, I've got a lot of movies I can easily play among the top of the list, but today I'll talk about one of my favorite movies.
There are actually lots of movies I've watched and can call my favorite, such as Breaking Bad, Merlin, Better Call Saul, and several others, to name but a few, but as I've written about these movies before, today I'll be writing on another movie that I find very interesting, and I can say without a doubt that it's one of the most interesting movies I've watched this year. I'm sure you'll be wondering what the title of the movie is. Well, worry no more; the title is The Residence. This is an American TV series that's a touch of action, immense suspense, active, and a bit of comedy.
This Netflix TV series is a pure masterpiece, an intriguing movie that turns a state dinner at the White House into a crime scene, and for what it's worth, literally everyone present automatically becomes a suspect. The service of Detective Cordelia Cupp, who was called to come and solve the case, is exactly what makes the movie more enticing; her unconventional and questionable style of investigation makes the movie suspenseful and literally glues everyone who watches it to their screens as they try to find out who actually is the murderer or if it's a suicide, since the scenes were staged to look like a suicide, with the suicide note found in the pocket of the deceased.
The way Detective Cuppa leaves no stone unturned is quite interesting, making almost everyone at the White House at the event a suspect responsible for the murder, and whenever she's running her case, almost on an individual, you would have thought that person is definitely the killer, until she herself will reveal he's not, and you can't help but anticipate who exactly is the killer, given the fact that at least more than two people have a desire to kill the deceased child. I guess I'll just stop here so you can watch and get to enjoy every bit of this TV series, which I'm sure you'll enjoy every bit of.
This is my entry for the indiaunited community prompt and for this week we're asked to write on our favourite movie, if you'll like to write on same, click on this link for more details.

Nice pick.
It's really not easy having to pick one favourite when you've seen so many movies. But The Residence sounds nice. I've not seen the movie myself but from your write up, I can tell it's a great watch

That's an interesting movie
This one is all about how detective shows mess with your head in a good way, I dig how The Residence makes you second guess everything because everyone looks guilty at some point and then turns out they are not until the next person comes along, reminds me of the board game. That detective leaving no stone unturned thing sounds tight because you can build up theories in your head then get them smashed right after, makes you feel dumb but in a fun way kind of like when you watch a whodunit and swear you figured it out but end up totally wrong at the reveal, and the White House setting adds another layer to it too since its not your typical crime scene, feels different than the usual cop shows where everything happens on the streets or abandoned warehouses, does looks like a show worth watching, has some high scores on Rottentomatoes so going to add it to my bucket list, thx for sharing
