      Regresa la muñeca diabólica más querida, y justo como la quería porque ahora la podemos querer junto a nosotros, cuidándonos tal como era su programación inicial.

      Desde que vi la primera parte, me quedé enganchada con esa mezcla de terror, algo de humor negro y una crítica social, todo para reflexionar sobre la crianza digital y la dependencia tecnológica. Aunque sabemos que la tecnología es un apoyo y un paso inevitable en nuestro presente y futuro, es importante estar conscientes sobre cómo impacta a las relaciones humanas, sobre todo en las relaciones de familias.

      The most beloved evil doll returns, just as I wanted her because now we can love her by our side, taking care of us just as she was originally programmed to.
      Ever since I saw the first part, I was hooked on this mix of horror, dark humor, and social criticism, all to reflect on digital parenting and technological dependence. Although we know that technology is a support and an inevitable step in our present and future, it is important to be aware of how it impacts human relationships, especially family relationships.

      Ya pasaron dos años y Cady tiene 14 años, aún vive con Gemma, y aún están muy traumatizadas por los eventos que vivieron con Megan en el pasado. Gemma sigue trabajando como Ingeniera en Robótica en Funki.

      La amenaza en Megan 2.0 sera una Inteligencia Artificial llamada Amelia, que se creó con la tecnología utilizada en Megan y que fue robada, ahora ella es una espía asesina que trabaja como un arma militar, pero Amelia es muy avanzada y cada vez es más inteligente e independiente, y como en otras tantas películas ya no quiere recibir órdenes de los humanos, lo que la hace aún más peligrosa.

      Two years have passed and Cady is 14 years old, still living with Gemma, and they are still very traumatized by the events they experienced with Megan in the past. Gemma continues working as a Robotics Engineer at Funki.
      The threat in Megan 2.0 will be an Artificial Intelligence called Amelia, which was created with the technology used on Megan and that was stolen. Now she is an assassin spy who works as a military weapon, but Amelia is very advanced and is increasingly intelligent and independent, and as in many other films, she no longer wants to take orders from humans, which makes her even more dangerous.

      Gemma al estar al tanto de toda la amenaza y por la responsabilidad que siente al haber creado a Megan, decide involucrarse para corregir y salvar a la humanidad del desastre y peligro que representa Amelia. Esto lo hará junto con una conciencia que aun queda de Megan.

      La película tiene un punto, no tan original ya que estas amenazas de Inteligencia Artificial independiente que quiere destruir a la humanidad no es muy original que se diga, pero tiene mucho sentido para darle continuidad a Megan y para mi es la mejor excusa para ver a Megan como quería verla siempre, que es al lado de Cady, Gemma y defendiendo a la humanidad.

      Gemma, aware of the entire threat and feeling responsible for creating Megan, decides to get involved to correct and save humanity from the disaster and danger that Amelia represents. She will do this with the remaining conscience of Megan.
      The film has a point, not so original since these threats of independent Artificial Intelligence that wants to destroy humanity are not very original, but it makes a lot of sense to give continuity to Megan and for me it is the best excuse to see Megan as I always wanted to see her, which is alongside Cady, Gemma and defending humanity.

      ¿Recuerdas el baile espectacular que hizo Megan en la primera película? Creo que todos lo recordamos, yo misma me aprendí la coreografía y la practicaba con algunas amigas, nunca nos quedaba igual claro.

      Ahora en Megan 2.0 tendremos otro baile muy divertido que nos entrega Megan, tal vez no tan inolvidable como el primero, pero lo disfruté muchísimo.

      Do you remember Megan's spectacular dance in the first movie? I think we all do. I learned the choreography myself and practiced it with some friends; it never stuck.
      Now in Megan 2.0, we'll have another very fun dance that Megan delivers. Maybe not as unforgettable as the first one, but I enjoyed it a lot.

      Algo que me gustó demasiado es el sentido del humor que tiene Megan en esta película, es demasiado genial, con sus ocurrentes respuestas y análisis, y sobre todo sus chistes y groserías, definitivamente esta Megan 2.0 es la que quisiera tener en mi casa cuidándome.

      Las peleas de Megan y de Amelia, son espectaculares, con coreografía muy buenas y efectos especiales, se nota que dedicaron esfuerzos para entregarnos estas escenas con mucha violencia, que me hicieron divertirme.

      Something I really liked is Megan's sense of humor in this movie, she's too cool, with her witty answers and analysis, and above all her jokes and rudeness, definitely this Megan 2.0 is the one I would like to have in my house taking care of me.
      Megan and Amelia's fights are spectacular, with very good choreography and special effects, you can see that they put effort into giving us these scenes with a lot of violence, which made me laugh.

      Si le tuviera que criticar algo a Megan 2.0 sería que es algo predecible, todo lo que queremos que pase va a pasar, pero está bien para mí, hubiese sido decepcionante que Megan no lo lograra, pero es la forma en como lo logró lo que vale en esta película, su gran personalidad, el vínculo de Megan y Cady es hermoso, y algo que no nos esperábamos es una escena de acción con Gemma que será la cereza del pastel.

      Me encantó Megan 2.0 agradezco mucho esta entrega, haber visto a las mismas actrices que interpretaron a Cady y Gemma, y toda la historia, tal vez no sea la película más memorables del 2025 pero te la recomiendo al 100%, vayan a verla está disponible solo en CINES.

      If I had to criticize Megan 2.0 for something, it would be that it's somewhat predictable. Everything we want to happen is going to happen, but that's okay with me. It would have been disappointing if Megan didn't make it, but it's the way she did it that's worth it in this movie. Her great personality, Megan and Cady's bond is beautiful, and something we didn't expect is an action scene with Gemma that will be the icing on the cake.
      I loved Megan 2.0. I'm very grateful for this installment, having seen the same actresses who played Cady and Gemma, and the whole story. It may not be the most memorable movie of 2025, but I 100% recommend it. Go see it, it's only available in theaters.
