Jefferson Farfán es una estrella del fútbol peruano, su nombre quedara por siempre en la memoria de los fanáticos, pieza importante para que Perú, llegara nuevamente a un mundial de fútbol, luego de haber estado 36 años fuera de la competición y a través de un documental podemos conocer su historia. Esta etapa es crucial, porque rápidamente impacta en los ojos del entrenador, pero la madre no tenía como llevarlo a los entrenamientos y constaba de poco tiempo.

La familia en un deportista tiene mucho valor, se necesita de un inmenso apoyo, mucho más cuando son niños, pero la madre de Farfán tenía 2 roles, ellos estaban solos y tenía que ser el padre y madre del gran prodigio. Charo Guadalupe no podía faltar al trabajo, pues si lo hacía, no había comida en casa y Farfán desde niño se dio cuenta. La meta de Jefferson fue llegar a profesional, poder mejorar su estilo de vida y otorgarle todo a su madre.

El entrenador convence a la madre de llevarse a Farfán, y aquí comienza el camino de éxito para este joven talento. La pobreza que existe en la casa de Jefferson es grande, siempre estuvo en una situación muy humilde, pero jamás dejo de sonreír y estar con gran actitud para afrontar los retos. El profesor Montalvo se convirtió en un padre, confiaba mucho en Jefferson Farfán, pudo ver el futuro que aspiraba el joven y fue importante para impulsar su carrera.

Raul Gonzales representa a Jefferson Farfán durante toda su carrera, agarrando a la "foquita" con temprana edad y dirigiendo su carrera de gran manera. Me encanto el documental, incluso me saco algunas lágrimas, hubo una cantidad grande de momentos emotivos, me hicieron recordar mi etapa de niñez, cuando estaba persiguiendo el sueño de ser un futbolista profesional, ver todo el sacrificio que tuvo que pasar Jefferson Farfán, me hace reflexionar sobre lo difícil que es llegar a un equipo profesional y mucho más a representar la camiseta del país. La "foquita" Farfán, sin un padre, viviendo en un barrio peligroso, teniendo pocos recursos, logro el sueño de llegar lejos, por eso nunca debemos rendirnos, siempre habrá una opción y una oportunidad para alcanzar nuestras metas.
