Review film Komang - rating 8/10 for a film with a very inspiring story

Komang is one of the films that will air on March 30, 2025, the Komang film is based on a true story, the Komang film players are played by Keisha Alvaro as Rhaim Laode and Aurora Ribero as Komang Ade. One of the famous actors and actresses and there is no doubt how they act.

This film is set in one of the Bau Bau islands in the Sulawesi province, Indonesia. With Rhaim Laode as a young Buton man who falls in love with a beautiful girl from Bali who likes dolphins, namely Komang Ade.

This Komang story tells the struggle of 2 people who are in love, how they maintain their relationship with 2 different gods. And their loyalty is tested when Komang is proposed to by the man of his mother's choice and Rhaim who has to travel to pursue his dreams.

This story begins with Rhaim who has a strong determination to migrate to a big city, at that time stand up comedy was popular, Rhaim also attended the event at a nearby cafe, and met again at one of the bazaars where they lived.

After that they made an appointment to hang out together, and there Rhaim asked Komang to go out, because their acquaintance was only short Rhaim gave Komang 3 hours to go forward.

Before they knew it, their relationship had been going on for 1 year, Rhaim who accidentally overheard a conversation between Komang's mother and a neighbor who opposed Rhaim and Komang's relationship and matched her with Arya, Komang's friend who had the same faith as Komang.

Hearing that Rhaim continued to look for opportunities to succeed in the city, Rhaim also registered for a stand up comedy competition with his brother, and they also qualified for the capital city of Jakarta, it was very unfortunate that Rhaim's brother could not qualify for the next round, only Rhaim continued to the next round.

After struggling for quite a long time, Rhaim had to fail in this stand up comedy competition, but opportunities always appear anywhere, Rhaim who likes to write songs is in the lyrics by a music producer, but the relationship with Komang is directionless, without clarity, the words of separation from both of them were uttered.

Arya who really likes Komang has proposed to Komang through his mother and was approved, but Komang himself has not answered because at the same time the unpleasant news from Rhaim's father was heard, namely Rhaim's father died, Rhaim had to return to his home on the island of Sulawesi.

After all the funerals of Rhaim's father, Komang comforted Rhaim, Komang who wanted to tell him that Arya had proposed to him also changed his mind, because he saw Rhaim who was still sad, after that Komang's mother told Rhaim the news, and Rhaim was very disappointed and confused about what to do.

The next day Rhaim came to Komang's mother to give her blessing, but it was all in vain, Komang's mother remained the same, after that Rhaim returned to Jakarta to continue his dream of becoming a singer, after his song was released, his song was very much liked by the public.

Komang and his mother had heard the song, the song entitled Komang, at that time Komang also received a shipment of incense, which he often said he bought online, it turned out that it was Rhaim's shipment who always sent it every month, and that's where Komang's mother melted and agreed to their relationship.

Finally they met again and had a relationship until they got married and had children, Komang's mother always accompanied Komang wherever she went.
