Thanks for the review. This is still one of my favorite Disney films to revisit every few years due to how well written the characters were and how much the visuals still hold up. The whole being able to breathe in space thing still sometimes triggers the logical part of my brain but then I remember the Googoo Dolls and how the only other film of a similar type to come out from that generation was Titan AE. Treasure Planet is still talked about for good reasons. Titan AE, what’s that? 🫣

The show had valuable lessons relevant to the real world drama we have, like father figures, the need to prove oneself and have a mark in society, teenage problems except for romance. The animation and music was bonus, just surprised that it flopped despite my memory thought it was a success.
