The Untangled: A Nostalgic Ride Back to My Teenage Heart.
Some of the new films coming out this month might feel like torture—because they’re all about love, and here you are, still single. Opsss 🙊 LOL
Anyway, while typing these words, there is something that was newly released on Netflix. But I actually watched it on LokLok. I can't afford subscribing to Netflix yet. I'd better watch some ads than spend money.

Anyway, the movie I am talking about is the Love Untangled. It’s a 2025 South Korean romantic comedy movie film with a 2-hour runtime, starring Shin Eun Soo, Gong Myung, and Cha Woo Min.
The poster looks interesting, right? I was curious about it too last year—why it looked that way—and to be honest, I thought it seemed a bit boring when it was first announced. But after watching the teasers, my impression changed. Now I’m curious to see if it’s actually good. Plus, I think it’s the perfect time for me to take a break from watching too many horror films.
POV: My crush waves to me, and every time I see him, I be like:
Watching this movie was really fun because there were so many moments I could relate to. I even shared a few of the scenes that struck me the most and how I felt while watching them. I actually finished the whole thing around midnight, and what stood out the most to me was the overall vibe of the film.
It reminded me a lot of 20th Century Girl and Twenty-Five Twenty-One since it was also set in 1998. But honestly, that gave me mixed emotions—part excitement, part fear—because I still carry a bit of trauma from watching those two Korean dramas.
Watching a Korean drama in a time like this is very dangerous for me to do. 😂
Because I don't know if it's a happy ending, if it will give me a cause for not eating my breakfast in the morning. Because some of the Korean directors tend to put comedy in the genre even though it was actually a melodrama, and I am not sure now if it's safe to watch. I can't handle pain. Lol
I will rate this Netflix movie 7/10. I did enjoy watching it, but there is a lack of explanations. I think the director forgot to include something from the beginning to the end. I was waiting for it, but it didn't show up. Which honestly made me speed up the duration time of watching the ending because I didn't feel it. ☹️ But I would recommend this to teenagers—especially young girls who love the feeling of excitement and thrill. Watching this really took me back to my younger days, to the time when I first felt that rush of falling in love with my crush. 👀 |

Eyyy! Are you also into K-dramas Kuya Juan? 😳 Thanks kuya!
About your review. Tingin ko ay maganda ang review kasi may galing sa iyong personal experience at kaalaman sa ibang K-drama. Add pa natin ang walang kamatayang theme ng high school life: field trips, crushes and friendship kaya na appreciate ko. 😎
I thought I was the only one taking note of this 😅
Well that’s sad because I am too 🤣 HAHAHAHAA
