Greetings @theanimrealm community, this time I want to leave you my review of Spirited Away, the first film that brought me closer to Studio Ghibli, one of my favorites I must say, so I am very fond of this film.

Synopsis
The protagonist of this story is a 10-year-old girl, named Chihiro (which means "a million questions"), who is unhappy and upset about the changes she is facing, including her parents and her having to move to another city, leaving behind everything she knew.
Her father while taking a shortcut to their destination, they cross a tunnel, which takes them to a town that seems desolate; in it, they get a lot of restaurants, so Chihiro's parents decide to sit down to eat, since they can pay for it later. The girl, feeling restless in the place where she was, instead of eating, decides to explore the town, meeting Haku, a mysterious boy who warns her that she must leave the town before nightfall, she runs away and when she goes to the place where her parents were, they had turned into pigs.
This town is a magical world, inhabited by ancient gods and magical beings, dominated by Yubaba, a witch who rules the place. This witch explains to him that she turns intruders into animals to be devoured later. To escape the tragic destiny that awaits her, she must eat and work in Yubaba's spa. In this place she will meet several beings that will accompany her throughout this journey, many of them will be essential allies to get out of there, along with her parents.

Above all, it depicts him in an environment that is not far from reality, a hostile one, where consumerism is more and more overcrowding society. The fact that Yubaba took away a part of Chihiro's identity shows how much consumerism and greed can influence people.
I don't dislike Chihiro's attitude at the beginning, rather I feel it makes her more human, because who hasn't felt fear and rejection towards the unknown? Rather, I loved how brave she became on her way. I can't forget Haku, he is such an important and significant character in the story, he is the main guide for Chihiro to succeed and that connection he has with her from the beginning, makes me think about how we are somehow intertwined with others and this is reflected in many works of Japanese culture, a very beautiful belief, in my opinion.
I like many of the metaphors that are projected in it, such as, for example, the fact that his parents become a pig and that this animal is related to consumerism and the faceless character, that being who has no identity and is influenced by the environment in which he submits himself, imitating the other.
All these moments that lead us to maturity can make us stagger, but they are so necessary in our life, because in it, we manage to relate to other people, beautiful emotions and everything that we live for.
Spirited Away is a film with an aesthetic worthy of admiration, although many years have passed since its release, in particular, it is still a great work worthy of admiration and that I can not fail to recommend.

Sipnosis
La protagonista de esta historia es una niña de 10 años, de nombre Chihiro (que significa “un millón de preguntas”), quien está descontenta y molesta por los cambios que está afrontando, entre ellos el que sus padres y ella tenga que mudarse a otra ciudad, dejando atrás a todo lo que conocía.
Su padre al tomar un atajo hacia su destino, se cruzan con un túnel, que los lleva a un pueblo que pareciera desolado; en él, consiguen un montón de restaurantes, por lo que los padres de Chihiro deciden sentarse a comer, ya que luego lo pueden pagar. La niña al sentirse inquieta en el lugar donde se encontraba, en vez de comer, decide explorar el pueblo, conociendo a Haku, un chico misterioso que le advierte que debe abandonar el pueblo antes de que anochezca, ella sale corriendo y al dirigirse el lugar donde estaban sus padres, los mismos se habían convertido en cerdos.
Este pueblo, es un mundo mágico, habitado por dioses antiguos y seres mágicos, dominado por Yubaba, una bruja que domina ese lugar. Esta bruja le explica que, a los intrusos los convierte en animales para posteriormente ser devorados. Para escapar del trágico destino que le depara, debe comer y trabajar en el balneario de Yubaba, en este lugar conocerá a varios seres que la acompañaran a lo largo de este viaje, muchos serán aliados primordiales para lograr salir de ahí, junto a sus padres.
Opinión personal
Está película tiene su similitud al cuento de Alicia en el País de la Maravilla, sobre todo el cómo toca la metáfora del cambio y aprendizaje que todos pasamos en esta vida. En lo que respecta, está película es una joya, aborda claramente ese miedo y confusión que sentimos en el proceso de madurez; es una muestra de las alteraciones internos que sentimos y como lo abordamos.
Sobre todo, lo representa en un ambiente no alejado de la realidad, uno hostil, donde el consumismo está cada vez más atiborrando a la sociedad. El hecho de Yubaba, le quitara una parte de su identidad a Chihiro, demuestra lo que el consumismo y la codicia puede llegar influir en las personas.
La actitud de Chihiro al inicio no me desagrada, más bien siento que la vuelve más humana, porque ¿Quién no ha sentido temor y rechazo hacia lo desconocido? Más bien, me encantó lo valiente que se volvió en su camino. No me puedo olvidar de Haku, es un personaje tan importante y significativo dentro de la historia, es el guía primordial para que Chihiro tenga éxito y esa conexión que tiene con ella desde un principio, me hace pensar en como de algún modo nos entrelazamos con otros y esto se refleja en muchas obras de la cultura japonesa, una creencia muy hermosa, al mi parecer.
Me gusta muchos las metáforas que se proyectan en el mismo, como, por ejemplo, el hecho de que sus padres se conviertan en cerdo y que este animal este relacionado al consumismo y o el personaje sin cara, ese ser que no tiene identidad y se deja influenciar por el entorno en que se somete, imitando al otro.
Todos estos momentos en que nos lleva a la madurez, pueden hacernos tambalear, pero son tan necesarios en nuestra vida, ya que en él, logramos relacionarnos con otras personas, aflorar emociones hermosas y todo aquello por lo que uno vive.
El viaje de Chihiro es un filme con una estética digna de admirar, aunque han pasado muchos años desde su estreno, en lo particular, no deja de ser una gran obra digna de admirar y que no puedo dejar de recomendar.
