Bienvenidos a un nuevo post para los amantes del cine y de las series, hoy les traigo “Belén". Está película la empecé a ver en el secundario en donde trabajo, y la termine en casa ya que me lleno de angustia muchas de las escenas vistas. Está relata la vida de una chica que fue culpada por un aborto en el baño del hospital, arrestada de forma irregular y no tratada con los derechos que le pertenecen.
Welcome to a new post for film and TV series lovers! Today I'm bringing you "Belén." I started watching this movie at the high school where I work, and I finished it at home because many of the scenes filled me with anguish. It tells the story of a girl who was blamed for having an abortion in a hospital bathroom, arrested unlawfully, and denied her rights.
Siempre vemos burocracia que asesina, o mata en vida. En este caso la decisión de prisión y el echo de culpar a alguien por algo que no se sabe que hizo hace que tu vida se vuelva miserable. Denominada "Belén" para proteger si identidad, fue motivo de lucha en muchos países por la violencia obstétrica, hospitalaria y policiaca
We always see bureaucracy that kills, or kills while you're still alive. In this case, the decision to imprison someone and the fact that they're blamed for something they didn't even know they did makes your life miserable. Called "Belén" to protect her identity, she became a symbol of the fight against obstetric, hospital, and police violence in many countries.
Siendo un motivo tan importante en la historia de la lucha por los derechos, este movimiento fue también parte de la demostración de un poder selectivo, burocrático y poco serio con personas que no cumplen con sus tareas como deberían, el poder jerarquizado y ciego frente a las necesidades que el pueblo les exige
While such an important theme in the history of the struggle for rights, this movement was also part of the demonstration of a selective, bureaucratic, and unserious power towards people who do not fulfill their duties as they should; a hierarchical power blind to the needs that the people demand.
Está película la vimos el 8 de marzo, (poner el día que significa nombre) y el hecho de que se vea este tipo de películas en las escuelas marcan una nueva era (aunque es difícil la era de ahora) vemos a los jóvenes revolucionarios en poca cantidad, y más subordinados a las carentes tradiciones antiguas y degeneradas
We saw this film on March 8th (insert the day and its meaning in the name), and the fact that this type of film is being shown in schools marks a new era (although the current era is difficult). We see young revolutionaries in small numbers, and more subservient to the deficient, ancient, and degenerate traditions.
En paralelo, salió este seudo movimiento religioso con el que estaban en contra del aborto, dañando y vulnerando derechos de jóvenes y de mujeres que terminaban teniendo hijos sin consentimiento, tuve la mala suerte de escuchar discursos o conocer gente que está de este lado, y aunque no muchos lo hacen de odio simplemente de ignorancia, vemos en otra gran parte gente que odia y que critica sin pensar en el fondo de ello, creyendo que sus valores son los únicos.
In parallel, this pseudo-religious movement emerged, opposing abortion and harming the rights of young people and women who ended up having children without their consent. I had the misfortune of hearing speeches or meeting people on this side, and although not many act out of hatred but simply ignorance, we see a large number of people who hate and criticize without thinking about the underlying issues, believing that their values are the only ones.
