Woah, 40/100 rating. I didn't expect that it fell that short for you even after reading your plights about the movie.

Genuinely, I haven't settled properly into mainstream superhero movies, but I have watched the original Flash series in parts and I considered that a good direction, despite my feelings of the plot being lost later on. However, this Flash seems like a No No. I may be watching specifically because of your entertaining review and ability to pick out inconsistencies and bore.
