Hola amigos de Hive, amantes del cine y de las buenas películas, hoy les traigo una producción de este 2023 que ha dado mucho de que hablar, porque toca la trama social de Venezuela desde un punto de vista en particular, siendo esta la realidad para algunos venezolanos y basándose en hechos reales.

La película se llama "Simón" fue escrita y dirigida por Diego Vicentini, quien refleja la historia vida por Simón, un joven dirigente estudiantil, quien tuvo que huir de su país luego de la muerte de su compañero de lucha, después de que estos encabezará las mal llamadas Guarimbas. Simón al ser apresado y torturado huye a Miami donde pide asilo político, aunque le duele saber que no podrá volver a su país. La historia refleja sus vivencias y lo que ha sido su estadía en los Estados Unidos, donde solicita el asilo político

Cómo Simón muchos son los jóvenes que se han marchado en busca de una mejor calidad de vida y de otras oportunidades y aunque a la película se le pueda dar un tilde político, me gusta la referencia de un fragmento donde el militar hace referencia que el Presidente actual es solo un monigote y que aunque él se vaya las cosas no van a cambiar.

Hello friends of Hive, lovers of cinema and good movies, today I bring you a production of this 2023 that has given much to talk about, because it touches the social plot of Venezuela from a particular point of view, being this the reality for some Venezuelans and based on real events.

Like Simón many are the young people who have left in search of a better quality of life and other opportunities and although the film can be given a political tinge, I like the reference to a fragment where the soldier refers that the current President is just a puppet and that even if he leaves things will not change.

Hablamos de líderes estudiantiles que han sido asesinados en las protestas cuando estos querían defender sus derechos, libertades y en búsqueda de un cambio, ¿Pero a qué costo? Mismos estudiantes quienes también han sido títeres de un grupo elitesco que solo tiene ansias de poder y envían a estos jóvenes a la calle a causar destrozos y también a asesinar a inocentes.

Porque si bien es cierto que muchos estudiantes son guiados por la necesidad de salir a la calle a protestar por la reivindicación de sus derechos, también es cierto que muchos de esos grupos están infectados de odio y detrás de ellos están un grupo de personas clave, a quienes realmente no les importa el bienestar de ellos ni el país, sino, solo quieren causar impacto mundial y los usan de carnada.

También es cierto que en esas manifestaciones que fueron reales en el año 2017, estuvieron muchos líderes estudiantiles, pero también es cierto que lo más podrido de la oposición del país está detrás de ellos utilizándolos y sacrificándolos como conejillos de indias.

We are talking about student leaders who have been killed in protests when they wanted to defend their rights, freedoms and in search of change, ¿but at what cost? The same students who have also been puppets of an elite group that only craves for power and sends these young people to the streets to cause destruction and also to murder innocent people.
Because while it is true that many students are guided by the need to take to the streets to protest for the vindication of their rights, it is also true that many of these groups are infected with hatred and behind them are a group of key people, who do not really care about their welfare or the country, but only want to cause global impact and use them as bait.
It is also true that in those demonstrations that were real in 2017, there were many student leaders, but it is also true that the most rotten of the country's opposition is behind them using them and sacrificing them as guinea pigs.

Aquí es una cuestión más que de ideales o reivindicación es una ambición de poder y por ende de dinero, no se puede armar una rebelión cuando el grupo que profesa paz también asesina y violenta a inocentes y solo generan terror, dolor y desesperación escudándose en sus derechos o en la libertad.

O si no háblenme del caso de la Periodista Adriana Urquiola, quien se desempeñaba como interprete de lenguaje de señas de noticiero Venevisión, quien fue asesinada estando embarazada en estas "Guarimbas" que fueron orquestadas por un sector terrorista de la oposición venezolana, ella no estaba manifestando, ni formaba parte de uno u otro sector político, solo se dirigía a su casa en un transporte público, que fue interceptado por estos "supuestos dirigentes estudiantiles".

Vemos la tristeza de Simón por lo que vivió y la muerte de su amigo, pero también me pongo a reflexionar y dónde está la tristeza de un joven que solo venía pasando y se encontró con la manifestación opositora y por ser negro lo tildaron de chavista y le prendieron fuego, ¿Dónde está su dolor y el de tantas familias que no tenían ninguna participación política y fueron asesinadas durante este llamado a protestas?

We see the sadness of Simón for what he lived through and the death of his friend, but I also start to reflect and where is the sadness of a young man who was just passing by and met the opposition demonstration and for being black they branded him as a Chavista and set him on fire, where is his pain and that of so many families who had no political participation and were killed during this call for protests?

Conocen a este joven a quien hago referencia, se llamaba Orlando Figuera, un muchacho de tan solo 21 años, quien fue golpeado, apuñalado, rociado en combustible y encendido fuego en su humanidad, causándole esto la muerte tras una agonía de 15 días.

Señores, si bien es cierto que existe una lucha en Venezuela entre oficialistas y opositores, pero ambos sacan a sus militantes a matarse entre ellos para solo medir fuerzas mientras ellos, se reconfortan en sus buenas casas, en sus camionetas y toman de los mejores whiskey, mientras el pueblo venezolano, el pueblo de a pie se mata uno con otro.

Si es necesario que se produzca un cambio, pero no sigamos siendo carne de cañón, mientras quienes creen que los dirigen al primer conflicto agarran sus avionetas privadas y vuelan hasta Miami y tienen cuentas bancarias que les alcanzaría para vivir toda una vida sin tener que volver a trabajar jamás.

You know this young man to whom I refer, his name was Orlando Figuera, a boy of only 21 years old, who was beaten, stabbed, doused in fuel and set on fire on his humanity, causing his death after an agony of 15 days.
Gentlemen, it is true that there is a struggle in Venezuela between the pro-government and the opposition, but both take out their militants to kill each other just to measure their strength while they comfort themselves in their nice houses, in their vans and drink the best whiskey, while the Venezuelan people, the ordinary people kill each other.
A change is necessary, but let's not continue to be cannon fodder, while those who believe they are leading them to the first conflict take their private planes and fly to Miami and have bank accounts that would be enough to live a lifetime without ever having to work again.

Esta película me hizo reflexionar sobre lo ocurrido y entender que esto no es más que un negocio y la lucha es por el poder, no por el bienestar del pueblo venezolano. Muchos han sido los jóvenes estudiantes asesinados por el gobierno y no solo en el mandato actual, sino que me dicen de los estudiantes Guerra y Millán, quienes fueron vilmente asesinados en la ciudad de Maturín estado Monagas en el gobierno de Rómulo Betancourt.

No sigamos siendo esos nombres que después se convierten en mártires, piensen en su familia antes de salir a la calle y no lo digo porque deben sentir miedo o porque no continúen su lucha, sino porque quienes los dirigen no son los que se ponen al frente ante un conflicto sino al momento en el que los medios de comunicación están presentes para encabezar titulares en los periódicos y redes sociales.

Bueno me extendí en mi reflexión, pero debía expresar lo que siento. La película me conmovió, y me hizo reflexionar sobre lo ocurrido. Los invito a verla, aunque sé que muchos se verán identificados de maneras distintas. Esta película ha sido ganadora de múltiples premios tanto nacionales como internacionales y cuenta con la participación del reconocido actor Frankling Virguez, entre otros destacados actores.

This film made me reflect on what happened and understand that this is nothing more than a business and the struggle is for power, not for the welfare of the Venezuelan people. Many young students have been murdered by the government and not only in the current term, but what about the students Guerra and Millán, who were vilely murdered in the city of Maturín, Monagas state, during the government of Rómulo Betancourt.
Let us not continue to be those names that later become martyrs, think of your family before going out to the streets and I am not saying this because you should be afraid or because you should not continue your struggle, but because those who lead them are not the ones who are in front of a conflict but at the moment when the media are present to headline the headlines in newspapers and social networks.
