As I've said before, there's nothing better in life than when something you didn't expect anything from ends up giving you everything. As in the case of this series or Blade Ritette or Hechas Polvo in Spanish. A production that encourages me to see initially, already here at least on the Netflix tags, these include five of my favorite things. But I was also surprised that it was a series since I assumed here because of the theme of this that it was going to be a movie but once I finished it I realized that this is surprisingly good in aspects that I did not expect. So the story brings about this new super secret operations special of the American government, who successfully in a mission in Las Vegas, loads the challenge in the nuclear bomb and captures the criminal behind it which makes to celebrate this story the team They go to a super mega party with all the adult things included and in which things happen that will have repercussions on the rest of the series.

So the reel or the party was going great, until the team leader receives the worst call possible. The rubber they captured was fake and the real one is still out there. So this undercover team must deal with one of the worst things humanity has had to experience since the beginning of civilization as we know it. Yes, working with a hangover. In order to prevent this nuclear bomb from destroying Las Vegas.

So yes, this is an action-comedy series, one that comes despite watching just because I needed a break from 1 Piece, I ended up getting hooked for several reasons, starting with the fact that the proposal was similar to nineties action series, series that those who remember , were for the most part, buttoned-down and cheap, which were still a decent panorama for a Saturday afternoon because well there was nothing else to see then. But ruined, unlike its nineties counterparts, it takes advantage of being more adult , either because of all the excesses that the characters take, so I pay with validations that include this, seeing this type of thing on Netflix in 2023, becomes almost a Christmas miracle. Something that also left me amazed was his script, one that at times surprised me by how well written it was.

Yes, no one would have expected it from a series like this, but it really is in moments. Whether it was because of how the subplots were posed, some key moments, or how they also defined the characters and how they related to each other, where by the way the casting of the actors was excellent. Yes, perhaps this series is made up of well-known well-known actors, but even so each one of them fit perfectly with their role and in addition the series has a work of art as well as competent action sequences but being quite critical there are a couple of things that bothered me about my plot and starting with the duration, the chapters are too long for a series that is above all light, so perhaps shorter episodes would have been better since the series has a good editing job so no I think they ended up leaving aside the important things

And the only thing that would be bothering me is that I don't see how this series could have a second season since the concept of this one is too specific and repeating it would be like what happened with the Hangover movies. Where the first is a masterpiece, but the following ones ended up being more of the same. But to finish, knackered is a series that surprised me. It is an entertaining, adult, picaresque series, but above all well done. One that we like could have a season two, since it is at least among the top ten on Netflix and has a decent rating. But as I said, how to make a second season without falling into repetition?

Well, that's the producers' problem. So this was a really dusty review, I hope you liked it and I'll see you next time.
