This film, in addition to being funny, is very romantic, it is a good example of how love can be the product of living together, knowing the person well, love can also be the product of time and it does not always happen at first sight, sometimes the love arises little by little until it becomes a strong love. The story is about Margaret, a woman who works as an editor in a high position in the USA, but she is originally from Canada, she does not update her residence or visa on time, so her lawyer tells her that she will be deported to her country, that is why she proposes to her assistant Andrew that he marry her, that is, they have a marriage of convenience, just so that she can continue working in the United States, the assistant accepts but in exchange for her giving him a promotion and having her manuscript published in a large number of copies seems to be convenient for both of them, but things start to change when she has to travel to Alaska and meet her fiancé's family.
Esta película además de graciosa es muy romántica, es un buen ejemplo de como el amor puede ser producto de la convivencia, el conocer bien a la persona, el amor también puede ser producto del tiempo y no siempre ocurre a primera vista, a veces el amor surge poco a poco hasta convertirse en un amor fuerte. La historia trata sobre Margaret una mujer que trabaja como editora en un alto cargo en USA, pero ella es originaria de Canadá, ella no hace a tiempo la actualización de su residencia o visa, por lo que su abogado le dice que será deportada a su país, es por eso que ella le propone a sus asistente Andrew que se case con ella, es decir tengan un matrimonio por conveniencia, solo para que ella pueda seguir trabajando en los Estados Unidos, el asistente acepta pero a cambio de que ella le dé un ascenso y que publique su manuscrito con una cantidad grande de copias , esto parece que es conveniente para ambos, pero las cosas comienzan a cambiar cuando ella debe viajar a Alaska y conocer a la familia de su prometido.

When Margaret realizes that her decision could affect Andrew's life by being involved in a marriage that was not real, that is, that it could have legal consequences if the plan were discovered, she decides to leave Andrew and not attend. to the wedding, to go back to the United States, to pack up to live in Canada, so Andrew goes after her, stops her from leaving for Canada by declaring his love in the office and this time making her a real love proposal in front of all the coworkers .
Me gusta esta pareja porque son opuestos, ella es vegetariana y además es del tipo de personas que le gusta tener todo bajo control, se siente fuera de lugar en contacto con la naturaleza y además no sabe nadar, en cambio Andrew es muy espontaneo acostumbrado a la vida en Alaska, sin embargo, yo creo completamente posible que el amor surja entre personas dentro del ambiente laboral, porque ellos dos sin saberlo, se amaban desde antes. Cuando Margaret se da cuenta de que su decisión podría afectar la vida de Andrew al estar inmiscuido en un matrimonio que no era real, es decir, que podría tener consecuencias legales si llegase a ser descubierto el plan, ella decide abandonar a Andrew y no asistir a la boda, regresar a Estados Unidos, empacar para vivir en Canadá, entonces Andrew va tras ella, impide que ella se marche a Canadá declarando su amor en la oficina y está vez haciéndole una propuesta real de amor frente a todos los compañeros de trabajo.

La película muestra su lado más gracioso en las escenas de Margaret en la naturaleza de Alaska, sobre rodo con al abuela de Andrew con quien realiza una especie de ritual chamanico con canto y baile en medio del bosque, ella la ejecutiva estaba improvisando una canción o mantra muy gracioso. Pero la película me gusta también porque no es la típica historia de amor en donde un flechazo de cupido los une, es un amor que se manifiesta mucho después, algo que me parece realista, he conocido parejas que se han casado luego de ser amigos o ser compañeros de trabajo por muchos, esas relaciones son duraderas y prósperas.

Hola amiga @yole, esta es una de mis películas favoritas, bueno es que estos actores son estupendos y en especial Sandra Bullock, ella es una excelente actriz.
