Un grupo de alienígenas deciden invadir el planeta tierra causando una devastación total y la inminente desaparición del ser humano es cada vez mayor, un pelotón de soldados estadunidenses deciden intentar buscar la manera de acabar con ellos y dando su último esfuerzo se meten en una lucha que no parece tener un final y tanto alienígenas como soldados comenzaran a caer uno por uno.
A group of aliens decide to invade the planet earth causing a total devastation and the imminent disappearance of the human being is increasing, a platoon of American soldiers decide to try to find a way to end them and giving their last effort they get into a fight that does not seem to have an end and both aliens and soldiers begin to fall one by one.

Las Películas y Series que tengan una Trama de Invasión Alienígena siempre tendrán mi atención y me he dado cuenta que son muy pocas las que han sacado o por lo menos son muy pocas las que yo he visto, Invasión del mundo: batalla Los Ángeles. Fue una película que vi por simple casualidad y no me espere que tuviera una historia bastante decente junto a buenos actores y actrices que dan vida a buenos e interesantes personajes.
Movies and Series that have an Alien Invasion Plot will always have my attention and I have realized that there are very few that have been released or at least very few that I have seen, Invasion of the World: Battle Los Angeles. It was a movie that I saw just by chance and I didn't expect it to have a pretty decent story along with good actors and actresses that give life to good and interesting characters.

Invasion of the World: Battle Los Angeles is a movie that was released in 2011, it has a duration of 1h 56 m where we will only see a lot of action and a lot of science fiction. Its director was Jonathan Liebesman who is known for directing films like Signs (2005) and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning (2006) is a movie with a large cast of which I only recognized Michelle Rodriguez, Aaron Eckhart and Michael Peña.

La trama de la película es frenética y llena de acción, la historia es plana y se mantiene en un punto donde se enfoca solamente en la acción, lo cual en lo personal no me molesto, ya que no es la típica película donde veremos a un grupo de civiles donde intenta luchar en contra de estos aliens, en esta película veremos el punto de vista de un pelotón del ejército que esta decidió a luchar en contra de estos seres y es por eso que siento que el que se enfoque más que todo en la acción no es tan malo.
The plot of the movie is frenetic and full of action, the story is flat and stays at a point where it focuses only on the action, which personally did not bother me, since it is not the typical movie where we will see a group of civilians trying to fight against these aliens, in this movie we will see the point of view of an army platoon that is determined to fight against these beings and that is why I feel that the fact that it focuses mostly on action is not so bad.

Es una historia plana donde solo avanza hacia el objetivo de destruir a los aliens, no se sumergen mucho en la razón del porqué están aquí o en las historias de los personajes; se enfocan solamente en la guerra y muestra solo un poco del oscuro pasado del Capitán del pelotón, sin embargo, es una película que entretiene y te mantiene tenso debido a la acción constante que tiene.
It's a flat story where it only moves towards the goal of destroying the aliens, they don't dive much into the reason why they are here or the stories of the characters; they focus only on the war and show only a little bit of the platoon Captain's dark past, however, it's a movie that entertains and keeps you tense due to the constant action it has.

La Peli tiene a los típicos personajes con los que no hay que encariñarse para nada, pero sinceramente es inevitable no hacerlo; cada uno de ellos lucha por mantenerse con vida y ayudar a sus compañeros y salvar a los pocos civiles que quedan. Son personajes que no te muestran más allá de lo que pasan estando en una guerra de esta magnitud, pero logras conectar con cada uno de ellos y comienzas a cruzar los dedos para que lleguen vivos hasta el final. El único personaje que muestra más allá de la guerra fue el Sargento Michael Nantz quien es interpretado por el actor Aaron Eckhart, me gusto mucho el papel que interpreto Aaron, pero mi personaje favorito fue el de Michelle Rodríguez (Elena Santo).
The movie has the typical characters that you don't have to get attached to at all, but honestly it's inevitable not to; each one of them fights to stay alive and help their comrades and save the few civilians that are left. They are characters that don't show you beyond what they go through being in a war of this magnitude, but you manage to connect with each of them and start crossing your fingers that they make it to the end alive. The only character that shows you beyond the war was Sergeant Michael Nantz who is played by actor Aaron Eckhart, I really liked the role Aaron played, but my favorite character was Michelle Rodriguez (Elena Santo).
