"Forever," I'm not gonna lie. The title did a thing to me that I couldn't understand. And then what made the whole thing worse was when I was going through feeds on Facebook and came across so many positive reviews about the movie. At that moment, I knew what I wanted, and what I wanted was to start this series with immediate effect. So I ran to the place I normally download movies from and started my downloads.

The Plot

The movie tells the story of two reunited teens who later found themselves and started the thing called "falling in love." Keisha a young track star reeling from depression, having to move schools due to an indecent tape of her that was released. And then there is Justin, a young basketball player who is struggling with a learning disability as he strives to get into one of the best colleges. Their relationship experiences the joy and heartache that accompanies every relationship. (Very short plot right?) I understand.

My Review

Firstly I love the cast and the chemistry that existed between them "damn!" Did I just scream? I'm sorry about that. This series is a lovely piece of art, it tells how much it means to love and truly support those we love.

I know there are actually certain people who think love is everything they need in life. When they meet someone who sweeps them off their feet, they intend to forget about their personal goals and aspirations, thereby just focusing on that one person that makes them feel whole.

The story entails a person losing himself because of the person he loves but then having a supportive partner who is a goal-getter whose life is full of passion and things to achieve. Keisha asked Justin about the things he wants in life and he couldn't come up with a reply.

Justine went home that day and realized that his whole life is centered around his love for Keisha, but then that isn't what a relationship is supposed to entail, right? So Justin has to fight his emotions and end his relationship with Keisha.

The movie contained so many twists. The twists of breaking up and making up after a fight. The in-betweens. The movie was incredible, and I loved every bit of it. My time and effort put into watching this movie wasn't wasted; it was worth every minute spent.

"Forever" captures the beauty of falling in and out of love in your teens. I'm gonna recommend this series to anyone interested in seeing it; trust me, it's not a waste of time.

It’s wild how love can feel like everything until you realize it’s supposed to add to you, not define you. That moment when Justin realizes he’s got love but no direction? Whew..... that hit deeper than expected

Definitely queuing this up 👏🔥
