"The life list" my Review

Movie! Movie!! Movie!!!, I know I sound excited right? But then you are very correct I am excited. I love watching movies that bring excitement to my soul but this movie, let's find out.

The plot

The movie tells the story of a young girl named "Alex" whose mother died due to metastatic cancer. After the funeral, it was time to talk about the will and know what every child has in the company.

Alex has two older brothers, and they all got a share of their mother's will, while Alex, on the other hand, was given a task to access her share of the will.

Alex watches her mother's video, which explains how her inheritance will be unlocked after completing the life bucket list Alex wrote down when she was thirteen years old. This is to prevent Alex from settling into a life of duty.

Her mother's barrister, Brad, will confirm the completion of every task before proceeding to the next phase of the bucket list.

My Review

Firstly, the movie was good, I'm not gonna lie about that, though it didn't meet my expectations. To be honest, I loved the concept of the movie at the beginning.

The movie was self-centered, like the world revolved around Alex. "Like," I know she is the lead cast, but then centering everything on her wasn't that pleasing to the eye.

At the mother's funeral, it felt like nobody cared about the mum, like no show of emotion, maybe they were expecting the death since it had to do with cancer, but then the death of a loved one is something that is supposed to be felt wholeheartedly.

I know some men don't take it as a joke when their women cheat, Alex's mother cheated on her husband but then the husband raised and loved Alex as his own despite knowing the truth but Alex at the other hand was making it hard for her father to make up for not telling her the truth about not being her biological father.

There were so many factors that made this movie not so good, but then I'm not gonna go further not to be a spoiler for others who might like to watch it for themselves.

I'm gonna rate this movie a 5/10 danm!! It met the average point. "I can't believe it." I'm even surprised right now.
