A while ago, a very popular video game had a movie adaptation that was extremely popular. In the world of video games, which I know nothing about, there are Minecraft players, most of whom belong to the generation after mine.

I remember when my brother was little, he played it a lot on his Canaima laptop, and he still plays it on his phone to this day; everything I know about the game is thanks to him. It's also true that kids under 15 these days are huge fans and followers of this game, which has even become a kind of trend.
Recuerdo que cuando mi hermano estaba pequeño, jugaba mucho desde su Canaima y hasta el día de hoy sigue jugándolo en su teléfono; por lo que conozco del juego es gracias a él. To watch this movie and learn more about it, I looked up some videos from YouTubers to educate myself and at least know how to judge it. Minecraft is an open-world adventure game where you collect basic survival and building materials to navigate the environment in your own way.
Para ver esta película e ilustrarme sobre ella, busqué algunos videos de algunos Youtubers para educarme y al menos saber cómo juzgar esta película. Minecraft es un juego de aventura en mundo abierto, en donde recolectas materiales básicos de supervivencia y construcción para desenvolverte en el entorno a tu manera.
Despite not being a gamer, I was intrigued by how much creative freedom this game offers, from building your home to the exploration experience itself. It features villages and numerous structures that enhance the overall experience. I'm quite sure I'd like to try it out sometime and see what it's like to play it myself.
A pesar de no ser jugadora de videojuegos, me interesó la manera en la que este te da mucha libertad creativa en todo, desde en construir tu hogar, hasta en la misma experiencia de explorar; este cuenta con aldeas y muchas estructuras que amplían la experiencia. Estoy muy segura de que sí podría experimentar jugar un día a ver qué tal es jugarlo una misma.
A Minecraft Movie is a live-action film based on the popular video game, following a group of strangers searching for purpose in their lives. One day, they discover an artifact that transports them to a mysterious, perfectly square world. While beautiful, they soon realize there may be real danger lurking beneath the surface. Hostile creatures arrive at nightfall, causing harm and panic, but luckily they meet Steve, the only human ever to inhabit the Overworld, who guides them throughout the film.
A Minecraft Movie es una película live action del famoso videojuego, en donde siguen la vida de un grupo de extraños que buscan un propósito en sus vidas. Estos un día se encuentran un artefacto que los lleva a un mundo misterioso en donde todo es perfectamente cuadrado, que aunque es lindo, se dan cuenta de que puede haber un peligro real. Aquí al anochecer llegan criaturas hostiles que causan daño y pánico, pero por suerte conocen a Steve, el único humano que había estado habitando el Overworld y quien los va guiando en toda la película.
Everyone is supposed to know that Steve is the character you play as in the game. He represents the in-game experience, since he's the one who knows absolutely everything about surviving in that strange world and how it all works. From everything I've read online about this movie and its faithfulness to the game, each of the characters in this film represents the different types of players who play it.
Se supone que todos saben que Steve es el personaje con el que juegas en el juego. Este representa la experiencia dentro del juego, ya que este es el que conoce absolutamente todo sobre cómo sobrevivir en ese extraño mundo y cómo funciona. Entre todo lo que leí en internet sobre esta película en comparación con la fidelidad al juego, cada uno de los personajes de esta película representa los distintos tipos de jugadores que lo juegan.
There are those who criticize it and say that some things didn't make sense because they are not possible within the game, although I think it's due to a search for perfectionism, because when you compare your reality with that of a three-dimensional world, I don't think it's possible to justify some things.
Hay quienes la critican y dicen que algunas cosas no tuvieron sentido porque dentro del juego no son posibles, aunque creo que se debe a una búsqueda de perfeccionismo, porque cuando comparas tu realidad con la de un mundo tridimensional, no creo que sea posible justificar algunas cosas.
This movie entertained me; even without much prior knowledge, there are some memorable scenes, and with Jack Black in the lead role, quality is guaranteed. With a family-friendly feel, this film, despite not being my usual genre, was a pleasant experience that I couldn't pass up, as it opened many minds and encouraged several to play the game. Esta película me divirtió; sin mayor conocimiento sobre ella, hay escenas que son memorables y, con Jack Black de protagonista, sabemos que habrá calidad asegurada. Con un toque familiar, esta, a pesar de no ser de mis gustos, fue una bonita experiencia, que no pude dejar pasar, pues esta película abrió la mente de muchos y animó a varios a jugarlo.
