Hola gems-amigos, mi publicación es como un homenaje a una reconocida actriz, que hace poco ya no esta, se fue físicamente, su cuerpo fue a la tierra, pero su espíritu vivirá por siempre en quienes le conocimos y disfrutamos de sus películas.
No vamos a ser eternos eso lo sabemos, pero cuando fallece una personalidad del mundo de cine, televisión y la música, uno queda como con un vacío, algo difícil de creer, pero ya paso y solo podemos recordarla como para mi la eterna Sandy de Vaselina, ella Olivia Newton-John.

Como actriz tuvo un gran reparto de películas para el cine como para la televisión. De las películas para el cine, Como todo buen actor unas películas fueron mejores que otras, pero su gran éxito creo que fue Vaselina, con el actor John Travolta.

Paso un tiempo sin saberse de ella, se caso en 1984 con Matt Lattanzi, en 1986 nació su hija Chloe Rose. Su felicidad dio un giro muy grande se enferma y el diagnostico fue cáncer de mama o pecho, esto fue el 02 de junio de 1994, su padre fallece ese mismo día, las boutiques que tenia con una amiga de se fueron a la quiebra.

Donó muchas de sus cosas a organizaciones e instituciones que tenia que ver con el tratamiento del cáncer, tanto así que antes de morir pidió que en vez de que le llevaran flores a su funeral, ese dinero lo donaran a las instituciones con pacientes con cáncer. Aun hasta momentos antes de morir pensaba en ellos.

La recuerdo bien, al leer Olivia enseguida mentalmente le agregué el apellido. Una gran figura del espectáculo. No había leído nada sobre su muerte.
