A veces lees recomendaciones de películas, empiezas a verla, no te agrada mucho, pero igual continúas y descubres que es una joya.
Mi forma de empezar los primeros días del año fue ver algunas películas pendientes. Una de ellas es Drácula de Bram Stocker, una obra cinematográfica de 1992, inspirada en el libro "Drácula", escrito por Bram Stocker.
Su género es de terror y romance, siendo apta solo para mayores de edad debido a algunas escenas explícitas.
Sin embargo, puedo decir que es más digerible que Juego de Tronos.
Y te lo dice alguien que tuvo que tomarse varios descansos de la serie porque era demasiado fuerte para mi estomago y aún no termino de verla.
Al comenzar me parecía un poco aburrida; incluso paré la película para verla después. Luego leí los comentarios y fue lo que me convenció.
Muchos mencionaban que era una joya cinematográfica, y yo, como una persona a la que le gusta tener su propia opinión, decidí verla para saber si lo era o no.

Sometimes you read movie recommendations, start watching it, don't like it much, but keep going anyway and discover it's a gem.My way of starting the first few days of the year was by watching some movies I'd been meaning to see. One of them is Bram Stoker's Dracula, a 1992 film inspired by the book "Dracula," written by Bram Stoker.
Its genre is horror and romance, and it's only suitable for adults due to some explicit scenes.
However, I can say that it's more digestible than Game of Thrones.
And this is coming from someone who had to take several breaks from the series because it was too much for my stomach, and I still haven't finished watching it.
At first, I thought it was a bit boring; I even paused the movie to watch it later. Then I read the reviews, and that's what convinced me.
Many people mentioned that it was a cinematic gem, and I, as someone who likes to have my own opinion, decided to watch it to find out if it was or not.

La historia se basa en Drácula, el vampiro que ha inspirado diversas producciones sobre el mundo vampiro.
Podemos ver su origen, un ritual después de perder a su amada, un acto que salió mal para él, dándole la inmortalidad, viviendo en la oscuridad por siglos. Forjando un hombre frío que cobra venganza por ser engañado.
Al pasar los años, encuentra no solo la reencarnación del amor de su vida, Mina Murray, sino también la luz entre tanta oscuridad.
En la trama, el terror se puede observar en el excelente diseño de los trajes sumamente realistas, así como en los efectos especiales. Dándole esa aura oscura, misteriosa, incluyendo un poco de thriller en ella.

A bit of the plot without spoilers... Or at least that's what I'll try to doThe story is based on Dracula, the vampire who has inspired numerous productions about the vampire world.
We see his origin: a ritual performed after losing his beloved, an act that went wrong for him, granting him immortality and causing him to live in darkness for centuries. This forges a cold man who seeks revenge for being betrayed.
As the years pass, he finds not only the reincarnation of the love of his life, Mina Murray, but also light amidst so much darkness.
In the plot, the terror is evident in the excellent design of the highly realistic costumes, as well as in the special effects. This gives it that dark, mysterious aura, including a touch of thriller.
Este es Drácula, al verlo te preguntas ¿cómo rayos enamorara a Mina? Realmente es despreciable al principio de la trama, lo cual me hizo continuar porque necesitaba saber lo que sucedería.
Así que puede atraparte por completo a medida que avanza la trama. Pero, si no lo hace, y lo tuyo es el dark romance, aquí lo encontrarás, gracias a que Drácula es un gran conquistador capaz de robar el corazón de cada espectador.

This is Dracula. When you see him, you wonder, "How on earth will he ever win Mina's heart?" He's truly despicable at the beginning of the story, which is what kept me going because I needed to know what would happen.So, he might completely captivate you as the plot unfolds. But even if he doesn't, and you're into dark romance, you'll find it here, because Dracula is a great charmer capable of stealing the heart of every viewer.

Soy una romántica empedernida, y quizás un poco masoquista en cuanto a obras cinematográficas se trata, debido a que me cautivan y frustran los amores imposibles en pantalla.
Esta historia te deja deseando mucho más, haciendo que quieras hablar tanto de ella como para escribir un post completo.
Era un amor imposible; aun así deseaba que pudiesen estar juntos por toda la eternidad. Y no es para menos después de escuchar con esa voz seductora de Drácula.
"He cruzado océanos de tiempo para encontrarte."
No juzgo a Mina por enamorarse, no lo hago para nada.

This story leaves you wanting so much more, making you want to talk about it enough to write a whole post.
It was an impossible love; even so, I wished they could be together for all eternity. And it's no wonder after hearing Dracula's seductive voice.

I don't judge Mina for falling in love, not at all.

Mi opinión final y definitiva
Sí, es una joya.
No daba ni un peso por ella al principio, pero es de esas obras sobre las que te hacen preguntarte cómo es que no la viste antes.
También entiendes y conoces el origen de diversas producciones, así como videojuegos, gracias a que esta obra ha sido el origen de muchas.
Así que volvería a verla, algo que digo muy poco debido a que no me agrada repetir películas. Sin embargo, esta en particular es un clásico como El Señor de los Anillos, Harry Potter o Tim Burton (¿Tim se habrá inspirado en Drácula?), perfectas para ver una y otra vez.

My final and definitive opinionYes, it's a gem.
I didn't think much of it at first, but it's one of those films that makes you wonder how you didn't see it sooner.
You also understand and learn about the origins of various productions, as well as video games, thanks to the fact that this film has been the basis for many of them.
So I would watch it again, something I rarely say because I don't like to rewatch movies. However, this one in particular is a classic like The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, or Tim Burton (did Tim Burton get his inspiration from Dracula?), perfect for watching again and again.
