Review: A MINECRAFT MOVIE

Hello my friends from CineTV, even though it's been a while since I've written a movie review, I have to take this opportunity to give my opinion on the highest-grossing movie of late. Minecraft is a survival video game where you're in an open world and can search for materials, fight monsters, and make a living entirely under survival (unless you're into creativity and use creative mode).

Hola mis amigos de CineTV, a pesar de que tengo mucho tiempo sin realizar una reseña de una película, debo aprovechar esta oportunidad para dar mi opinión sobre la película más taquillera últimamente. Minecraft es un videojuego de supervivencia en donde estás en un mundo abierto y puedes buscar materiales, luchar contra monstruos y hacer una vida totalmente bajo supervivencia (a menos que te guste la creatividad dentro del juego y uses el modo creativo).

Minecraft has a lot of fun things to show, and it's ironic that it's one of the most played video games, but it's also very rejected by many people. Since I discovered this game I couldn't resist, in fact it's been almost 15 years since this game came into my life. I have humbly witnessed the updates that have come to the game, I really don't disagree with any of the new mobs and objects, since everything they have added has made it increasingly more interesting, although many complain that they are useless, each time and little by little they have made Minecraft a legendary game.

Minecraft tiene muchas cosas divertidas que mostrar, y es irónico que es uno de los videojuegos más jugado, pero también es muy rechazado por muchas personas. Yo desde que descubrí este juego no pude resistirme, de hecho han pasado casi 15 años desde que llego este juego a mi vida. Yo he presenciado humildemente las actualizaciones que han llegado al juego, realmente no estoy en desacuerdo con ninguno de los mobs y objetos nuevos, ya que todo lo que han añadido lo ha vuelto cada vez más interesante, aunque muchos se quejen de que son inútiles, cada vez y poco a poco han hecho de Minecraft un juego legendario.

I've been playing since Java version 1.8.2, and every update that came after has been a blessing. But I'm here to talk about the movie, one of the latest hits in modern cinema. Minecraft has countless references in series and movies, references that have been huge hits for us fans; we saw a special episode of Adventure Time, and even references in Rick and Morty where Rick declares himself a huge fan of the popular game (creating a VR game to enjoy it even more).

Yo juego desde que existe la versión 1.8.2 de Java, y cada actualización que vino después fueron una bendición. Pero aquí vine a hablar sobre la película, uno de los últimos éxitos del cine moderno. Minecraft tiene un sin fin de referencias en serie y películas, referencias que han sido totales éxitos para nosotros los fans; Vimos un episodio especial de Hora de Aventura, y hasta referencias en Rick y Morty donde Rick se declara un total fan del popular juego (creando un juego de RV para disfrutarlo aún más).

A MINECRAFT MOVIE is a film that shows us a typical story that a Minecraft player could experience in the game. Many have complained that this film shows things that are unimaginable without mods. It's important to keep in mind that this story shows Steve as a human who has arrived in the world of Minecraft, something that has always been the case, but here we don't see a square protagonist, as everyone rarely wanted.

A MINECRAFT MOVIE es una película en donde nos muestras una historia cualquiera que podría vivir un jugador de Minecraft en el juego. Muchos se han quejado de que esta película muestra cosas que ni de imaginarse se pueden lograr sin ningún Mods. Hay que tener en cuenta que esta historia muestra que Steve es un humano que ha llegado al mundo de Minecraft, algo que ha sido así desde siempre, pero aquí no se puede presenciar a un protagonista cuadrado, tal como raramente todos quisieron.

But it's extremely important to note that to create a film with all the references faithful to the game, realistic textures couldn't be used; animation was used instead, and that wasn't what was projected. The film's positive impact made many of the objects and effects shown there possible in the game in the future.

Pero es altamente importante destacar que para crear una película con todas las referencias fieles al juego no se podía utilizar la textura realista, sino animación y no era lo que se proyectaba. El impacto positivo de la película hizo que muchos de los objetos y efectos mostrados allí sean futuramente posible en el juego.

One of the new items we'll be seeing is the Happy Ghast, a new Minecraft mob that brings with it one of the saddest stories ever seen. Although Minecraft hasn't confirmed this, the story of this Ghost is, understandably, a species stolen from the Overworld that has been subjected to extreme heat and has gone wild to raise its young. The young will now be part of the game and can be raised to live a happy life.

Uno de los nuevos objetos que veremos serán los Happy Ghast, un nuevo mobs de MINECRAFT que trae consigo una de las historias más triste que se han visto. Aunque MINECRAFT no ha confirmado esto, la historia de este Fantasma es, lógicamente notable, una especie robada del Overworld que ha sido sometida al calor extremo y se ha vuelto salvaje para cuidar a sus crías. Las crías ahora serán parte del juego y se podrán criar en una vida feliz.

I must say that the effort they put into this film was noticeable; they really did their best to make it as faithful as possible to the game. The story we saw was very entertaining, suitable for all audiences, and although it was a bit simple in itself, it didn't disappoint anyone.

Debo decir que si se notó el empeño que le quisieron dar a esta película, realmente hicieron todo lo posible para que tuviese cierto grado de fidelidad al juego. La historia que se presenció estuvo muy divertida, acta para todo público, y aunque fue en sí un poco sencilla, no defraudó a nadie.

The great thing about having Jack Black as part of the cast is that he puts his whole heart into his films. In recent years, I've seen how this great filmmaker has resonated with the catchy music he brings to his productions. Although my favorite is Kung Fu Panda, which has undoubtedly become part of a good playlist with this wonderful actor.

Lo genial de tener a Jack Black como parte del elenco es que le pone todo el corazón a sus películas, en estos últimos años, he visto como este grande del cine ha retumbado con sus músicas pegajosas que le aporta a las producciones, aunque mi favorita es la de Kung fu Panda, esta sin duda se volvió parte de una buena lista de reproducción con este maravilloso actor.

One of the best collaborations, MINECRAFT + MC'DONALDS, with the success it already had since its announcement, these great companies made me buy my happy meal for the first time, something I didn't see happening so soon, this video game has been with me for many years and with this toy I felt very happy.

De las mejores colaboraciones, MINECRAFT + MC´DONALDS, con el éxito que ya traía desde su anuncio, estas grandes compañías hicieron que yo comprara por primera vez mi cajita feliz, algo que no veía que fuese tan pronto, este videojuego me ha acompañado desde hace muchos años y con este juguete me sentí muy feliz.

Without further ado, A MINECRAFT MOVIE is a huge success that has exceeded expectations, and a second installment is already suspected, a release that must undoubtedly be planned.

Sin más que decir, A MINECRAFT MOVIE es un gran éxito que ha superado expectativa, y ya se sospecha una segunda entrega, entrega que sin duda alguna se debe estar planeando.
