Movie Review: Ballerina (2025)
There was a hype around this movie as it's linked with John wick so i just had to jump to watching it and i must say i have zero regrets watching it, this has to be the best 2025 action movie for now.
Ballerina had me locked in from the beginning with the sharp, quick and brutal fight scenes. Ana de Armas who acted the main character, Eve Macarro, did not come to play at all.
I could understand why it was called Ballerina even though it was more of a spy movie.
I fell in love with Ana but I also fell in love with some characters like
Daniel Pine, played by Norman Reedus(loved this rebel spirit ).
Lena, palyed Catalina Sandino Moreno(i cried in her scene).
Ella Pine, played by Allegra DuBois (added some emotional layers.
John Wick, played by Keanu Reeves ( the aura he had in this movie)
Winston Scott, played by Ian McShane ( i just loved that he was on Eve side).
Though i normally go funny comedic atmosphere, i wasn't too disappointed as the movie had it's little witty scenes especially the "Frank" scene😂.
And the twists?, the plots twists kept coming, i couldn't catch a break.
All in all, if you're looking for action movie that filled with emotional scenes and non stop twist and some great characters, you should probably watch Ballerina.

I think I’ve seen a Ballerina movie just like this but not with John Wick. I guess this is something different. I probably should see it.

It wasn't as good as John Wick 2-3, but I loved the creativity behind the action sequences
I haven't watched John wick at all actually
