Plot

The name of this movie is call “The Surrogacy”
This couple Carlos and Julia who were desperately in need of a child, tried every form to have a child but wasn't successful but out of desperation decided to go for a Surrogate mother.

Surrogacy at that time was banned in the country and in order for Julia to achieve her aim of having someone carry her child she ambushed Yeni and her father.

Yeni and her father were attacked by the road on their way back to their hometown but what looked like a perfect plan for Julia turned into chaos. The plan was to kidnap Yeni’s father and have Yeni out of desperation to have her father do whatever she's offered which is being a Surrogate.

But it turned sour when the gun which was used for the operation got loaded by an unknown person and Yeni father in bid to protect his daughter snatched the gun from the hullocks who came to kidnap him killing one of them. He died instantly and Yeni's father was locked up in prison. Inorder for Yeni to save her father she was offered a contract as a Surrogate.

Yeni became a Surrogate mother but along the line she fell in love with someone else's husband. She fell in love with Carlos. Yeni was kept a secret and taken care of in a far away villa by Carlos. Carlos treated Yeni with so much respect and provided everything she needed. But things didn't go perfect when they both fell in love with each other.

When it was time for Yeni to give birth, she gave birth to twins. But the boy was rejected by the family because of his deformity.

Dumped in the middle of the street with just the baby boy, Yeni is forced to become a mother one she dreaded to be and forced to cater for a baby she never planned to have. In her bid to return the child to the powerful Mexican family she puts her life in danger, she is threatened and she flees for her life promising never to return the child ever again.

The hullocks brother is after her life because he wants revenge for Yeni's father killing his brother during the operation but there is a twist: the one who supervised the operation was actually the one who loaded the gun.

Dreaded family secret is revealed as everyone struggles to get attention. Siblings against each other as they all struggled in who takes over the family business but then the powerful and fearless Nora who thinks the world should bow to her feet get the most shocking news of her life. The child she has come to love and cherish all these years isn't Julia's daughter but rather Yeni's daughter. The woman she despised so much because of her status. What happens next when the child she rejected because of his deformity is her true bloodline? Will she be able to accept the truth? What happens to Julia when she finds out she lost her husband in bid to fulfill her deepest desire? Will she be able to reconcile with her husband after she found out he cheated and the child she has been taking care of isn't her's?

This movie talks more about a mother's love for her child and the extent she is willing to sacrifice all for her child. Character growth, how a timid lady went from being weak and vulnerable into being fearless.

My favourite part is when she finally confronted Nora and instigated fear into her when her boyfriend went missing. Nora dropped in surprise and wondered if this wasn't the woman who was shaking right before her eyes.

I will rate this movie an 8/10 because of the relatable story line.
