Jaula (netflix movie review)

Saludos chicos, ya estamos a mitad de semana y espero que pase rápido la verdad dado que ha sido un par de día bastante tensos tanto como esta película que acabo de terminar de ver.

Greetings guys, we are already in the middle of the week and I hope it passes quickly, since it has been a couple of very tense days as much as this movie I just finished watching.

Desde anoche la estábamos viendo, pero por imprevisto familiar y de urgencia hemos tenido que pausarla para otro momento, y bueno gracias a Dios la situación por ahora con mi abuelo va estable, en el sentido que esa noche la libró nuevamente.

Since last night we were watching it, but due to unforeseen family and emergency we had to pause it for another time, and well thank God the situation for now with my grandfather is stable, in the sense that he got rid of it again that night.

A pesar de que llegamos casi a las 3 am, dormimos un par de horas y nos dispusimos a desayunar y terminar de ver la película porque nos pareció bastante interesante.

Although we arrived almost at 3 am, we slept for a couple of hours and then we had breakfast and finished watching the movie because we found it quite interesting.

Debo admitir que al principio yo tuve muchas conjeturas, primero pensé que lo que estaba pasando no era real y que tal vez era un problema psicológico de cierto personaje o que incluso más que una victima era el causante de todo el caos que estaba sucediendo.

I must admit that at the beginning I had many conjectures, first I thought that what was happening was not real and that maybe it was a psychological problem of a certain character or even more than a victim was the cause of all the chaos that was happening.

Sin embargo hoy que la hemos terminado de ver me he quedado bastante congelado y con la boca abierta, pues como dice mi novio, este tipo de película española siempre tiende a darle vuelta y sentido a todo al final.

However today that we have finished watching it, I have been quite frozen and with my mouth open, because as my boyfriend says, this type of Spanish film always tends to turn everything around and make sense at the end.

Acá vemos traumas en cuanto a una niña que es encontrada por una pareja a mitad de camino. Llegamos a pensar que tendría algún tipo de síndrome o condición que le impidiese comunicarse. Pero lo que esta claro es que, desde que llega este nuevo elemento a la vida de esta pareja todo cambia.

Here we see trauma in terms of a little girl who is found by a couple halfway through. We came to think that she might have some kind of syndrome or condition that prevented her from communicating. But what is clear is that, since this new element arrives in the life of this couple, everything changes.

Te cuestionas sobre si la niña realmente es una victima de algún tipo de abuso que le haya traumado o que tiene algún tipo de mal interior que le hace ser agresiva, callada pero también inteligente a su vez.

You question whether the girl is really a victim of some kind of abuse that has traumatized her or whether she has some kind of inner evil that makes her aggressive, quiet but also intelligent at the same time.

Hay un punto donde puedes llegar a pensar que hay cierta obsesión, pero esto tiene un razonamiento bastante valido ya que esta pareja carece de hijos y han tenido un largo camino entre intentos para concebir.

There is a point where you may come to think that there is some obsession, but this has a quite valid reasoning since this couple is childless and have had a long road between attempts to conceive.

Hay bastante sobreprotección, de cierto modo hay celos, pero el suficiente suspenso como para dejarte pensativo desde el inicio hasta el final de la película.

There is some overprotection, some jealousy, but enough suspense to keep you thinking from the beginning to the end of the film.

Me encanto mucho que se resaltara el hecho de lo que puede hacer una madre por su hija, que si bien no es su madre biológica, el hecho de compartir con ella y de que llenase de cierto modo ese vacío que tenia como mujer es bastante bueno. Creo que independientemente de qué parentesco tengamos o no con los niños, deberían ser protegidos de la misma forma, incluso si nos cuesta la vida en el intento.

I loved the fact that it highlighted the fact of what a mother can do for her daughter, that even though she is not her biological mother, the fact that she shared with her and that she filled the void she had as a woman in a certain way is quite good. I think that regardless of how related or not we are to the children, they should be protected in the same way, even if it costs us our lives in the attempt.

Nunca llegue a pensar que todo estaba conectado por un tercero y que esto se convirtiera más que una trama llena de traumas y secretos. Pero hay una escena que nos da que pensar, pues esta en riesgo la vida de una niña y por el otro lado la vida de tus propios hijos; de cierto modo es bastante difícil pensar qué hacer en un momento así, aunque yo hubiese hecho lo correcto, pero me es fácil ahora decirlo porque no soy padre.

I never got to think that everything was connected by a third party and that this would become more than a plot full of traumas and secrets. But there is a scene that gives us food for thought, since the life of a child is at risk and on the other hand the life of your own children; in a way it is quite difficult to think what to do in a moment like this, although I would have done the right thing, but it is easy for me to say it now because I am not a parent.

Con la trama en si hablando en términos generales, hay que estar pendiente de muchos detalles para poder entender ciertos comportamientos e ir un poco más allá al pensamiento crudo.

With the plot itself generally speaking, you have to be aware of a lot of details to be able to understand certain behaviors and go a little further into raw thinking.

Me gusto la manera en que encaja de cierto modo el titulo con el comportamiento de la niña y todos los eventos y pistas claves que hicieron que se diera un buen final.

I liked the way the title fits in a certain way with the girl's behavior and all the key events and clues that made for a good ending.

Lo que si quedo inconcluso en mi opinión es el hecho de la mezcla de lenguaje pues la niña habla Alemán además de entender el español, pero pues, tal vez he omitido alguna escena por estar pendiente de descubrir la verdad.

What was left unfinished in my opinion is the fact of the language mix because the girl speaks German as well as understanding Spanish, but then, maybe I have omitted a scene because I was waiting to find out the truth.

Sinceramente la recomiendo mucho, no tiene ninguna escena de terror o que de algo de miedo, más allá del horror que es imaginar los abusos y pues pensar que son hechos de cierto modo de la vida real.

I sincerely recommend it very much, it does not have any scene of terror or anything scary, beyond the horror that is to imagine the abuses and to think that they are facts of a certain way of real life.
