The film is about a clown who appears in a town and a group of friends have to unite to defeat him and along the way they realize that he appears every 23 years and only eats children*

La película trata sobre un payaso que aparece en un pueblo y un grupo de amigos se tiene que unir para derrotarlo y en el camino se dan cuenta que aparece cada 23 años y solo come niños

We go back to October 1988 in the city of Derry where we meet Bill who is making a paper boat for his brother Georgie because the boy wants to go out to play but Bill can not accompany him because he is sick and sends his brother to go down to the basement for the wax to make his boat float, Georgie goes down looking for the wax until he sees a pair of eyes and at that moment when he turns on the flashlight there is nothing, then once Georgie returns from the basement with the wax and his brother Bill finishes the boat and hugs his brother before he leaves, after saying goodbye to his brother Georgie sends his boat sailing in the rainwater but gets distracted and hits his head on a sign that had been put on the street causing his boat to escape and fall down the sewer and this is where the boy sees a clown with his boat called Pennywise, the clown tries to talk to the boy and they both laugh until the clown stops laughing and reminds him not to forget his boat and when Georgie He puts his hand in to catch him, the boy bites his hand and tears it off. The boy tries to escape but is dragged into the sewer.

Nos remontamos en octubre de 1988 en la ciudad de Derry donde conocemos a Bill el cual le está haciendo un barquito de papel a su hermano Georgie ya que el niño quiere salir a jugar pero Bill no puede acompañarlo porque se encuentra enfermo y manda a su hermano a bajar al sótano por la cera para que su barquito flote , Georgie baja busca la cera hasta que ve un par de ojos y en ese momento cuando prende la linterna no hay nada , entonces una ves que Georgie regresa del sótano con la cera y su hermano Bill le termina el barco y abraza a su hermano antes de que salga , después de despedirse de su hermano Georgie envía su barco a navegar en el agua de la lluvia pero se distrae y se golpea la cabeza con una señal que habían puesto en la calle haciendo que su barco se escape y caiga por la alcantarilla y aquí es donde el niño ve un payaso con su barco el cual se llama Pennywise , el payaso intenta hablar con el niño y ambos se ríen hasta que el payaso deja de reírse y le recuerda que no olvide su barco y cuando Georgie mete su mano para atraparlo este le muerde la mano y se la arranca el niño intenta escapar pero es arrastrado hasta la alcantarilla

Some time later we meet Mike who is always scolded by his grandfather because he does not want to kill the sheep on the farm and then we go to school it is the last day of classes and this is where we meet the main characters Stanley, Eddie, Richie and Beverly then I will tell you a little about each one, the children think about what they are going to do after school because Bill wants to go to the vacant lots, until Henry Bowers appears who pushes Bill along with his friends since they always bother the children and at the same time we meet Ben who is new to school and meets Beverley and she is the first to sign his yearbook because nobody wanted to do it, then we see Bill returning home and we realize that he had a trauma with the death of his brother and this caused him to stutter when he gets home his dad is waiting for him and here we see the reason why he wants to go to the vacant lots since he believes that Georgie fell in the sewers but his dad gets angry with him because he knows that no matter what he does the boy is already dead

Un tiempo después conocemos a Mike al cual su abuelo siempre regaña porque no quiere matar a las ovejas de la granja y después nos vamos a la escuela es el último día de clases y aqui es donde conocemos a los personajes principales Stanley, Eddie, Richie y Beverly luego les comentaré un poco de cada uno , los niños piensan en que van hacer después de la escuela porque Bill quiere ir a los terrenos baldíos, hasta que aparece Henry Bowers el cual empuja a Bill junto con sus amigos ya que siempre molestan a los niños y al mismo tiempo conocemos a Ben el cual es nuevo en la escuela y conoce a Beverley y ella es la primera que le firma su anuario porque nadie quería hacerlo, después vemos a Bill de regreso a casa y nos damos cuenta de que tuvo un trauma con la muerte de su hermano y esto hizo que tartamudeara cuando llega a su casa su papá lo está esperando y aquí vemos la razón por la que quiere ir a los terrenos baldíos ya que el cree que Georgie callo en las alcantarillas pero su papá se enoja con el porque sabe que no importa lo que haga el niño ya está muerto

Then we go to the city where we see Mike delivering orders until people discriminate against him because of his skin color and he hides in an alley but hears something strange at the door of the business and sees people burning the door opens and here Pennywise appears but at that moment Henry Bowers tries to run him over and he runs away, then we find Stanley practicing a speech until his dad calls him to his office and we see that he is afraid of a very strange painting the boy adjusts the painting but when he turns around the painting falls by itself and he picks it up and the silhouette that was in the painting is no longer there he hears a noise and when he turns around he sees the silhouette running towards him

Después vamos a la ciudad donde vemos a Mike repartiendo órdenes hasta que la gente lo discriminan por su color de piel y el se esconde en un callejón pero escucha algo raro en la puerta del negocio y ve a las personas quemándose se abre la puerta y aquí aparece Pennywise pero en ese momento Henry Bowers intenta atropellarlo y huye , después nos encontramos a Stanley practicando un discurso hasta que su papá lo llama a su oficina y vemos que le tiene miedo a una pintura muy rara el chico acomoda la pintura pero al girarse la pintura se cae sola y el la recoje y ya no está la silueta que había en el cuadro el escucha un ruido y cuando voltea ve a la silueta corriendo hacia el

Ahora vamos con Richie, Bill y Eddy los cuales se preparan para ir a los terrenos baldíos y en la biblioteca Ben le escribe una carta de amor a Beverley y luego empieza a leer un libro del pasado de derry y aquí vemos que hubieron muchas muertes de niños cada un determinado tiempo a lo que Ben se asusta y cuando voltea ve un globo flotando en la biblioteca y lo sigue llegando a una habitación donde hay un huevo baja y hay un zombie que lo comienza a perseguir entonces la bibliotecaria llega y lo encuentra y el huye pero afuera lo estaba esperando Henry y sus amigos ellos lo acorralan y Henry le corta su inicial en la panda de Ben pero antes de que pueda seguir Ben se impulsa y se tira al bosque para huir despues los niños llegan a los terrenos baldíos al final de las alcantarillas aquí encuentran un zapato que no puede ser de Georgie porque el usaba botas y dedusen que es de una niña de su escuela que recientemente había desaparecido y entonces los demás dicen que es suficiente porque no quieren terminar como Georgie y en ese momento llega Ben del lago pero no solo el si no también uno de los amigos de Henry el cual entra y empieza a escuchar voces, enciende su encendedor y en ese momento aparece un zombie delante de el y provoca que se asuste mucho y empieza a correr muy rápido pero se cae y mata Pennywise

Then we see how the children take Ben so they don't find him and being in the city they go to buy things at the pharmacy to help him and in the pharmacy they meet Beverley and they want to take many things but they don't have much money so Beverley distracts the pharmacy guy so they steal the things they need and when they leave the store they cure Ben and invite the girl to go to the lake tomorrow after Beverley arrives at her house hidden but her father finds her and caresses her hair and we see how after that the girl goes to the bathroom and cuts her hair the next day the children are in the lake to see who is going to jump first and Beverley arrives and jumps, here we see how everyone is having fun in the lake

Luego vemos como los niños se llevan a Ben para que no lo encuentren y estando en la ciudad van a comprar cosas a la farmacia para ayudarlo y en la farmacia se encuentran a Beverley y ellos quieren llevar muchas cosas pero no tienen mucho dinero entonces Beverley distrae al de la farmacia para que se roben las cosas que necesitan y cuando salen de la tienda curan a Ben e invitan a la chica a ir al lago mañana después Beverley llega a su casa escondida pero su padre la encuentra y le acaricia el cabello y vemos como después de eso la chica va al baño y se corta el cabello al día siguiente los niños están en el lago haber cual se va a lanzar primero y llega Beverley y salta , aquí vemos como todos se divierten en el lago

Then Ben takes them home and shows them everything he has investigated since in Derry children disappear six times more than in other places he also tells them that once he was in a camp for missing children overnight and they only left bloody clothes as a trail and a path of blood to the well house and Bil becomes interested in going, then Eddy on the way home sees the abandoned well house and sees someone opening the door he drops his pills and a kind of zombie appears and Eddy starts to run until he is cornered and when he turns to see he sees Pennywise with many balloons who tells him to go with him so they all float, then we see Beverley at home and when she unpacks her backpack she sees the letter that Ben had written to her and reads it in the bathroom then she reads it until she starts to hear voices coming out of the wash and goes to look for a metric one to see what's there and when she takes it out she sees the hair that was cut with blood and the hair catches it and blood begins to come out of the wash and we see how her Father comes in because of her screams and doesn't see the blood or what happened alone Beverley Bill hears a noise and leaves his room and sees the light from Georgie's lamp on and continues hearing the noises and realizes that they are coming from the basement so he decides to go down and when he goes down the basement is flooded and he sees Georgie who tells him to excuse him for losing the boat and tells him that if he goes with him he will also float the boy begins to turn into a monster and Pennywise tries to attack Bill but leaves before seeing him the next day the boys go to Beverley's house and she shows them the bathroom full of blood and here we see that they can also see everything and since they are good friends they help her clean the bathroom, after this Bill tells them that he saw Georgie and they realize that they all had a hallucination the only one who hasn't seen him is Richie

Luego Ben los lleva a su casa y le muestra todo lo que a investigado ya que en Derry los niños desaparecen seis veces más que en otros lugares también les cuenta que una vez estuvo en un campamento de niños desaparecidos de la noche a la mañana y solo dejaron como rastro ropa ensangrentada y un camino de sangre hasta la casa del pozo y Bil se interesa ir ,después Eddy camino a casa ve la casa abandonada del pozo y ve a alguien abriendo la puerta se le caen sus pastillas y le aparece una especie de zombie y Eddy empieza a correr hasta que es acorralado y cuando se voltea a ver ve a Pennywise con muchos globos el cual le dice que valla con el para que todos floten , después vemos a Beverley en su casa y cuando resina su mochila ve la carta que le había escrito Ben y la lee en el baño entonces la lee hasta que empieza a escuchar voces que salen del lavado y se va a buscar una si ya métrica para ver q hay ahí y cuando la saca ve el cabello que se corto con sangre y el cabello la atrapa y del lavado comienza a salir sangre y vemos como su padre entra por sus gritos y no ve la sangre ni lo que paso solo Beverley Bill escucha un ruido y sale de su cuarto y ve la luz de la lámpara de Georgie prendida y sigue escuchando los ruidos y se da cuenta que vienen de sótano así que decide bajar y cuando baja el sótano está inundado y ve a Georgie el cual le dice que lo disculpe por perder el barco y le dice que si se va con el también va a flotar el niño comienza a convertirse en un monstruo y Pennywise intenta atacar a Bill pero se va antes de verlo al día siguiente los chicos van a casa de Beverley y ella les muestra el baño lleno de sangre y aquí vemos que ellos también pueden ver todo y como son buenos amigos la ayudan a limpiar el baño, después de esto Bill les cuenta que vio a Georgie y se dan cuenta de que todos tuvieron una alucinación el único que no lo a visto es Richie

A moment later they see Mike's bike next to Henry's car and go to help him and start throwing rocks at Henry and free Mike after a rock fight which they win and leave Henry on the ground then Mike thanks them for helping him and joins what they call the losers club after that Ben tells them that he realized that every 27 years something similar happens but he doesn't know what and the children begin to analyze their nightmares, and analyzing everything that happened from the past until now is related to the sewers and the well house and they deduce that Pennywise lives there but Eddy has a panic attack and wants to leave but the projector starts to pass the images alone and everyone gets scared in the projector we see photos of Georgie and Bill's family until they see that the photos begin to turn into Pennywise and they disconnect the projector believing they are safe until the clown gets out of the projector and is about to start the children

Un momento después ven la bicicleta de Mike junto al carro de Henry y van a ayudarlo y empiezan a lanzarles piedras a Henry y liberan a Mike después de una batalla de piedras la cual ganan y dejan a Henry en el piso después Mike les agradece por ayudarlo y se une a lo que ellos llaman el club de los perdedores luego de eso Ben les dice que se dio cuenta que cada 27 años ocurre algo similar pero no sabe que y los niños se ponen a analizar sus pesadillas, y analizando cada cosa que pasaba desde el pasado hasta ahora es relacionado con las alcantarillas y la casa del pozo y deducen que ahí vive Pennywise pero a Eddy le da un ataque de pánico y quiere marcharse pero el proyector empieza a pasar las imágenes solas y todos se asustan en el proyector vemos fotos de Georgie y la familia de Bill hasta que ven que las fotos comienzan a convertirse en Pennywise y desconectan el proyector creyendo que están seguros hasta que el payaso se sale del proyector y está apunto de comencé a los niños

Bill heads alone to the well house because the others didn't want to go but once he arrives he sees that everyone arrived after him and Bill gives them a motivational speech that they can't be afraid because they're going to keep disappearing and Richie realizes that for the first time he said everything without stuttering the losers enter the house and begin to search it in which they end up separating and visions of their fears begin to appear, the boys begin to get very nervous and somehow they find strength and rescue one of their friends who was about to be devoured and when they prevent that the clown gets angry and cuts Ben with something that Beverley stuck in him and after that the clown gets into the well and they run out of there, some of the boys begin to have a fight about that it's enough and that they should stop it but Bill and Beverley think they should face it after that they have a huge fight and separate some time later the boys reunite because the clown captured Beverley and they go to save her having to They face several challenges but luckily they manage to kill the clown and everyone comes out unharmed and they decide to make a prose of blood that is confirmed by cutting themselves and shaking hands while their blood flows and thus concludes the film.

Bill se dirige solo hasta la casa del pozo porque los demás no querían ir pero una vez llega ve que todos llegaron después de el y Bill les da un discurso motivaciónal de que no pueden tener miedo porque van a seguir desapareciendo y Richie se da cuenta de que por primera vez dijo todo sin tartamudear los perdedores entran a la casa y empiezan a revisarla en la cual terminan separándose y comienzan a salir visiones de sus miedos , los chicos comienzan a ponerse muy nerviosos y de alguna manera sacan fuerzas y rescatan a uno de sus amigos que estaba a punto de ser devorado y al impedirle eso al payaso se enoja y corta a Ben con algo que le clavo Beverley y luego de eso el payaso se mete al pozo y ellos salen corriendo de ahi , algunos d los chicos comienzan a tener una pelea sobre que ya es suficiente y que deben parar con eso pero Bill y Beverley opinan que deben enfrentarlo después de eso tienen una enorme pelea y se separan tiempo después los chicos se reúnen porque el payaso capturó a Beverley y van a salvarla teniendo q enfrentar varios desafíos pero por suerte logran matar al payaso y salir todos ilesos y deciden hacer una prosa de sangre que constata en cortarse y darse la mano en lo que su sangre brota y así concluye la película

My opinion

It's a film that shows us how strong our fears can be and that even the smallest fear can be very dangerous. One of the boys' fear of the painting he found in his father's office, Eddy's obsession with always being healthy, Bill's pain over the loss of his brother, and the other people's fears. But in the end, we see that the best thing to do is face our fears, since by facing them, they were able to defeat the clown Pennywise.

Mi opinión

Es una película que nos deja ver lo tan fuerte que pueden llegar a ser nuestros miedos y que por más mínimo que sea puede ser algo muy peligroso tanto el miedo de uno de los chicos por la pintura que se encontraba en la oficina d su padre , como la obsesión de Eddy por estar siempre sano , el dolor de Bill por la pérdida de su hermano y los diferentes miedos de los demás pero al final vemos que lo mejor es que enfrentemos nuestros miedos ya que enfrentándolos pudieron vencer al payaso Pennywise
