One of the best animated series in history - The great story of Adventure Time,
I haven't written a review of this animated series yet, but since I'm rewatching it, I want to do so, but now from my new perspective. This series, aside from seeming extremely childish, has a story that not many people know about.
Aun no hice una reseña sobre esta serie animada, pero ya que la estoy viendo de nuevo, quiero hacerla, pero desde mi nuevo punto de vista. Esta serie, fuera de parecer algo sumamente infantil, tiene una historia que no muchos conocen.
Although this series originally only showed a pair of siblings with daily adventures, little by little everything started to make sense, having super memorable moments that made the plot make sense little by little, since it is long in transmission.
A pesar de que esta serie solo mostraba originalmente a un par de hermanos con aventuras diarias, poco a poco todo empezó a tener sentido, teniendo momentos supermemorables que hicieron que la trama tuviese sentido poco a poco, ya que está duro mucho en transmisión.
Adventure Time tells the story of Finn the Human and Jake the Dog, a pair of brothers who love adventure, and with it, also protect the kingdoms of the Earth with their bravery. And although it basically began with a simple and straightforward story, as the episodes went by, they showed us a series of chapters that gave life to one of the best stories our generation could have ever seen.
Hora de Aventuras nos muestra la historia de Finn el humano y Jake el perro, un par de hermanos que les gusta la aventura, y con ello, también proteger a los reinos de la tierra con sus valentías. Y a pesar de que esta prácticamente comenzó con una historia simple y sencilla, al pasar los episodios nos mostraron una serie de capítulos que fueron dando vida a una de las mejores historias que nos pudieron dar a mi generación.
This series shows a chain of events that ultimately have a lot of explanation, no matter how strange and mysterious it appears, and full of humor, it even gives us life lessons that we can appreciate more than anything: especially that it tells us that we must be brave, face problems no matter how big they are and that we must love everyone for how special they are.
Esta serie muestra una cadena de sucesos que al final tienen mucha explicación, por más extraña y misteriosa que se muestre, y cargado de mucho humor, esta nos da hasta lecciones de vidas que podemos apreciar más que a nada: en especial que nos dice que debemos ser valientes, enfrentar los problemas por más grandes que sean y que debemos amar a todos por lo especiales que son.
The adventures take place in the Land of Ooo, a seemingly magical place, but especially in the Candy Kingdom, where these friends reside, and this is where most of the adventures take place, as well as in space and time.
Las aventuras se desarrollan en la Tierra de Ooo, un lugar que parece mágico, pero en especial en el Dulce Reino, lugar donde residen estos amigos, y aquí es donde se muestran las mayorías de aventuras, al igual que en el espacio y tiempo.
On one hand, we have Finn, a human boy adopted by Joshua and Margaret, who already had two children. As a baby, Finn has never known anything except his brother Jake, a mutant dog with the "power" of elasticity. They love each other so much that annoyances are rare between them. Instead, they have a connection that is felt from the first episode.
Por un lado, tenemos a Finn, un niño humano que fue adoptado Joshua y Margaret, quienes ya tenían a dos hijos, y Finn al ser un bebe, no conoció más nada que a su hermano Jake, un perro mutante que tiene el “poder” de la elasticidad. Estos se quieren demasiado, tanto que las molestias no son para nada frecuentes entre ellos, al cambio, estos tienen una conexión que se hace sentir desde el primer episodio.
They also have an endless list of characters who enrich the story and are key to everything, as there's both a secret and a deep friendship between them all. However, since everything can't be rosy, this series gives us details that may be disturbing for some viewers.
También tienen una lista incontable de personajes que enriquecen la historia, y quienes son un punto clave en todo, ya que hay secreto y mucha amistad en todos. Sin embargo, como todo no puede ser color de rosas, esta serie nos da detalles que pueden llegar a ser perturbadores para algunos espectadores.
I'm currently re-watching Season 7 of this series, and up to this point, I've been able to understand something that's been very noticeable since Season 5 (at least in Latin American Spanish): Jake the Dog has had a particular voice change. I used to support the audience, but rewatching it, this one has a reason that saves the plot.
Yo actualmente voy de nuevo en la temporada 7 de esta serie, y hasta este punto, pude comprender algo que fue muy notorio desde la temporada 5 (por lo menos en el idioma Español Latinoamericano), ya que Jake el Perro tuvo un particular cambio de voz. Antes yo apoyaba al público, pero volviéndolo a ver, este tiene un motivo que salvo la trama de la historia.
The voice actor, who brought the beloved dog to life in our language, expressed his deep discontent with the series for not only having to change his voice, but also for not wanting any more "Mexicanisms" in the series. This was very hard for the audience, because the actor had creative liberties in the script, but they didn't fit with the story and went unnoticed for a long time. He showed extreme rebellion and discontent with this decision, but he still never left the series.
El actor de doblaje, que le daba vida en nuestro idioma al entrañable perro, mostró su gran descontento con la serie por haberle obligado a no solo cambiar la voz, sino que ya no quería más “Mexicanismos” en la serie. Esto fue muy duro para el público, porque dicho actor tenía libertades creativas en el guion, pero no encajaban con la historia y realmente pasaban por desapercibidas por mucho tiempo. Este mostró rebeldía y descontento máximo por esta decisión, pero aun así no dejo la serie jamás.
And at the end of its fourth season, it began to take on what we call "a dark tone." This was clearly necessary to avoid damaging the story. Because those script changes didn't fit with the reality of the show. And now, from this perspective, this series makes more sense now.
Y al final de su cuarta temporada, comenzó a tener eso que llamamos “un tono oscuro”. Esto debía hacerse, sin duda, para que no dañara lo que se quería contar. Porque dichos cambios en el guion no concordaban con la realidad del Show. Y ya al tener este punto de vista, esta serie tiene más sentido ahora.
I've cried many times during this series, as it's not all laughter and fun. Its story leads us to a reality we're currently experiencing, such as the destruction of our planet. This story, set in the distant future, explains some of the possible reasons that could lead to our extinction. He llorado muchas veces con esta serie, ya que no todo es risa y diversión, su historia lleva hasta una realidad que vivimos, como la destrucción de nuestro planeta.
