Como dije en el título, esta es una película que nunca hubiese visto por decisión propia, sin embargo mi hijo había visto el trailer y por alguna extraña razón le gusto, tenia muchos días insistiendo en verla y yo siempre buscaba excusas para aplazarlo, sinceramente las películas de acción no son mi genero favorito, incluso creo que puedo contar con los dedos de una sola mano las películas de acción que me han gustado durante toda mi vida y definitivamente esta película no entra en este top.

As I said in the title, this is a movie that I would never have seen by my own decision, however my son had seen the trailer and for some strange reason he liked it, he had been insisting on seeing it for many days and I always looked for excuses to postpone it, honestly action movies are not my favorite genre, I even think I can count on the fingers of one hand the action movies that I have liked throughout my life and definitely this movie is not in this top.

Love Hurts es una película de acción que nos muestra la vida de Marvin, un hombre que parece bastante común y que trabaja como agente inmobiliario, un día Marvin recibe un misterioso mensaje en un sobre que trae recuerdos de su pasado y comienza una persecución contra una chica llamada Rose, a la que Marvin protegió hace unos años y le salvo la vida, rose ha vivido escondida por mucho tiempo para no ser descubierta, pero decide un día simplemente volver porque se canso de vivir en las sombras. Toda esta película esta ambientada en el día de san Valentín.

Love Hurts is an action movie that shows us the life of Marvin, a man who seems quite ordinary and works as a real estate agent, one day Marvin receives a mysterious message in an envelope that brings back memories of his past and begins a chase against a girl named Rose, whom Marvin protected a few years ago and saved her life, Rose has lived hidden for a long time to avoid being discovered, but one day she decides to simply return because she got tired of living in the shadows. This entire movie is set on Valentine's Day.

La película aparte de ser de acción tambien busca ser comedia, sin embargo los chistes son extremadamente tontos y no causan gracia, el único que se reía en toda la película era mi hijo cuando veía escenas de pelea. Las peleas se notaban sumamente exageradas y falsas y quizás esa fue la intención de la película, pero no logré conectar con la historia y personajes por lo absurdo que era todo.

The film, apart from being an action movie, also aims to be a comedy. However, the jokes are extremely silly and not funny. The only one who laughed throughout the entire movie was my son when he saw the fight scenes. The fights seemed extremely exaggerated and fake, and perhaps that was the film's intention, but I couldn't connect with the story and characters because of how absurd everything was.

Hay películas malas que quizás sirven para pasar el rato en familia, pero definitivamente esta película no la volvería a ver nunca más, no veía la hora en la que se terminara y cuando por fin termino sentí un alivio, la historia es predecible, la actuación de la chica es un poco cuestionable queriendo lucir como "chica mala" pero termina viendose como una niña intentando imitar a un criminal, realmente no me transmitió nada y la pareja protagonista siento que no tenían química. Tambien esta llena de subtramas absurdas como la amiga del protagonista enamorándose a primera vista de un sicario solo porque escribe poemas, quizás no entendí del todo el humor de esta película pero sinceramente es de lo peor que he visto últimamente.

There are bad movies that may be good for spending time with the family, but I definitely wouldn't watch this movie again. I couldn't wait for it to end and when it finally ended I felt relieved. The story is predictable, the girl's acting is a little questionable wanting to look like a "bad girl" but ends up looking like a child trying to imitate a criminal, it really didn't convey anything to me and I feel like the lead couple had no chemistry.
It's also full of absurd subplots, like the protagonist's friend falling in love at first sight with a hitman just because he writes poems. Maybe I didn't fully understand the humor of this film, but honestly, it's one of the worst things I've seen lately.

Tengo mucho tiempo sin ver películas de acción y tampoco creo darle una oportunidad porque la trama no me llama la atención, pero gracias por compartir tu opinión al menos tu hijo pudo disfrutarla
