The Details
Each week, our Moderators will monitor the posts within the Movies and TV Shows Community and handpick the ones that are believed to stand out under numerous factors: post quality, length, and subject.
There are no entry requirements, and this is not a contest, but simply a roundup intended to provide additional exposure to all of you for your efforts. Just have fun posting in the Movies & TV Shows Community and five or more posts will be chosen frequently.

I like how the story is approached and carried out, the characters are well developed. The way Jack's thoughts are addressed as he debates between what he wants and what is right, and how he ends up evolving and reflecting, is incredible. One of my all-time favourites.

I don't understand why the film hasn't been promoted more. The director has done a great job adapting a novel by American writer Denis Johnson. The filmmaker's work is sublime. He has made a beautiful film, not only visually, credit for which must also go to the director of photography. I haven't had time to find out who was responsible for the photography, but their work is fantastic.

To be completely honest, in my opinion this was a weak episode, and I can only highlight, first, Lilly's tragic life with the fears she must face and, second, the relationship that develops between the characters Rich and Marge. It is precisely this relationship that I liked and, at the same time, considered not so good because of how predictable this part of the series became, and it is precisely this characteristic that made me think the episode was weak, serving only as a bridge to the relevant events that will take place in the penultimate episode to be released next Sunday.

This is a film that appeals to a wide audience. Furthermore, nighttime is the main setting for the entire film, which gives it a very fun and special touch due to the empty streets, bright lights, and silence that accompanies each of the animals as they face fears, doubts, and dreams that they had hidden for a long time. Each member of the group of animals reflects something that helps them work as a team and move forward, such as courage, fragility, shyness, and the need to feel important. Each of these elements is very important, and when we realize it, they are like a family that appears when you need it most and shows that sometimes the right path is the one you walk with others.

The themes explored in this musical have always resonated deeply with me. The world seems like a cruel place when we're the victims. Yes, evil exists, and it doesn't hesitate to exist on a grand scale, for all of us to know. But on a smaller scale, in the people who surround us every day, are the bad people in your own story really like that in their own lives, or is it perhaps a matter of perspective, as Wicked suggests? The two protagonists, Elphaba and Glinda, are good people, just like us, and at some point, they had outbursts of anger, just like us. And in the end, both are being manipulated by people in power, just like us... That's why I've loved this musical so much since I first heard it in the 2000s, because they triumph by embracing a value that has been lost in reality lately: loyalty. Loyalty may not stop injustice, but the best strategies are born and executed when people are united despite their differences. I'm going to share another song because I've gone on for too long 😅

Congratulations to everyone that was chosen, and thank you to everyone posting in Movies and TV Shows! We look forward to the next report and highlighting even more of you.
