La saga de Final Destination nos ha marcado a todos los que pertenecemos a una generación joven amantes del terror. Uno de los mejores ejemplares del cine, a pesar de ser historias repetitivas donde los giros juegan un papel importante, y donde su contexto y personajes nos mantienen en una constante tensión.

La última película de esta saga viene potenciada de esos elementos que tanta nostalgia nos causa, llevándonos a un éxtasis lleno de suspenso, miedo y diversión. Haré un análisis sobre este film y qué lo diferencia del resto de películas de la línea trasera, sus particularidades y porque no perderías el tiempo en verla.

Final Destination: Bloodlines Es una película de terror sobrenatural estadounidense dirigida por Zach Lipovsky, Adam Stein y escrita por Guy Busick y Lori Evans Taylor, basándose en la historia de Jon Watts, siendo está la sexta película de la saga. El elenco está conformado por Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Rya Kihlstedt y Anna Lore. Ahora, Stephanie deberá buscar la forma de no ser parte del plan de la muerte, en el que cada miembro de su familia, en una línea bien trazada y directa, perderán la vida de la manera más brutal y sanguinaria.

Después del éxito de la quinta película de esta saga, poco tiempo después se anunció que habría una sexta entrega, que ya ha llegado a nuestras manos con un éxito en taquilla y unas calificaciones de la crítica bastante significativas. En efecto, la película sigue la línea de intriga atemporal como un puzzle que los protagonistas deberán descifrar para no ser víctimas de su antagonista.

La historia me pareció bastante buena, utilizando el recurso narrativo de las líneas de sangre, donde la muerte deberá esta vez deshacerse de una serie de familias que no debieron existir. La actuación de la protagonista Kaitlyn Santa Juana me pareció fenomenal, y dentro del argumento narrativo le dio vida a la historia hasta su último segundo, y sin mencionar los efectos visuales que fueron aún más impactantes esta vez.

Final Destination nos tiene acostumbrados a una secuencia de sucesos interesantes en cómo ocurren las muertes. Este apartado de los films siempre me ha parecido fabuloso. La creatividad, combinado con un foro repleto de drama, miedo y acción, hacen que la mezcla sea imposible de repudiar; además de unas dosis deliciosas y bastante necesarias de exagerado gore.

Bloodlines no decepciona en ese sentido, y mantiene esos elementos que hacen de esta saga tan única. Además de todo lo mencionado, la película trae nuevos misterios y revela a los que siempre estaban latentes. También te deja con preguntas como: ¿Y si los demás personajes de las películas anteriores están conectados con lo sucedido en esta película? ¿Y si esta es la historia que conecta a las demás y por eso la muerte fue detrás de ellos con tanta brutalidad?

Solo podemos imaginarnos que sí, ya que la película deja unas pistas en su arco argumental que no son fáciles de ignorar, y que sí eres un fan muy atento a la historia, podrás darte cuenta de que aquella conexión es posible.

Final Destination: Bloodlines es la sexta película de la saga que mantiene una brutalidad aún más superior que los films anteriores. Revela una atmósfera de intenso drama, horror y demasiado gore. Tiene un elemento que la hace diferente a las demás, y es que su manera de conectar con las demás historias, sin ser demasiado revelador, provoca más intriga en el arco narrativo que se va acelerando a medida que los actos pasan. Es una de las más entretenidas que he visto en el cine, provocando suspenso, emoción, repulsión y carcajadas de risa. Se las recomiendo, si tienen la oportunidad de verla, les sugiero que no la pierdan.

Indeed, the film follows the line of timeless intrigue as a puzzle that the protagonists will have to decipher in order not to fall victim to their antagonist.

I found the story quite good, using the narrative device of bloodlines, where death must this time get rid of a series of families that should not have existed. I thought the performance of the protagonist Kaitlyn Santa Juana was phenomenal, and within the narrative plot she brought the story to life until its last second, and not to mention the visual effects that were even more impactful this time.

Final Destination has accustomed us to an interesting sequence of events in how the deaths occur. This section of the films has always seemed fabulous to me. The creativity, combined with a forum full of drama, fear and action, make the mix impossible to dislike; plus some delicious and quite necessary doses of exaggerated gore.

Bloodlines does not disappoint in that regard, and maintains those elements that make this saga so unique. In addition to all of the above, the film brings new mysteries and reveals those that were always latent. It also leaves you with questions like: What if the other characters from the previous movies are connected to what happened in this movie? What if this is the story that connects the others and that's why death came after them with such brutality?

We can only imagine yes, since the movie leaves some clues in its story arc that are not easy to ignore, and if you are a very attentive fan of the story, you will realize that this connection is possible.

Final Destination: Bloodlines is the sixth film in the saga that maintains an even greater brutality than the previous films. It reveals an atmosphere of intense drama, horror and too much gore. It has an element that makes it different from the others, and that is that its way of connecting with the other stories, without being too revealing, provokes more intrigue in the narrative arc that accelerates as the acts go by.
