This is what happened when I took my girlfriend to see the new Karate Kid....[Eng/Esp]

Greetings, humans. How are you doing...?

This weekend, I went to the movies with my girlfriend at CINEPOLIS. Interestingly, it had been a year since I last visited this kind of place or did this kind of activity.

I guess it’s because there hadn’t been a movie I really liked, or maybe because we’ve found good content on Netflix. But the new KARATE KID LEGENDS movie came out, and well... if Jackie Chan is in it, you have to go, haha.

More than anything, I wanted to do something nice for my girlfriend and relive those early days of our relationship, when we used to go to the movies a lot.

I’ve had a membership at this cinema since it opened in a shopping center called CITY PLAZA, which is about 30 minutes from Medellín, in the town of Envigado.

In total, I spent around 20 dollars, including tickets and food. Speaking of food, in my opinion, this place has some of the best popcorn in Medellín.

It turned out to be a budget-friendly outing since we had already bought some snacks outside, but of course, we had to bring something into the theater to watch the movie. That said, she ate all the popcorn before the movie even started, haha.

The food combo included a drink, a hot dog, and a large popcorn—and well, you already know what happened to all that.
As for the theater itself, it was great good screen, sound, and even in some of the trailers we saw before the movie, actors like Tom Cruise appeared talking about Cinepolis, which I thought was awesome (and she loved it).
Although this isn’t really a movie review post, I want to say the film was really good, suitable for all audiences, and full of references for fans who’ve followed the saga. It even had a small romance element, which added a nice touch that I liked, on top of the modern cinematic tech advancements.

Seeing the legendary Jackie Chan on the big screen is always a joy and takes me right back to my childhood.

To wrap it up, they also gave me 2 free tickets since it’s my birthday month so now I’ve got another plan for this month. Big thanks to Cinepolis for that.

Saludos humanos como están...

Este finde fui a cine con novia a las salas de CINEPOLIS, algo curioso es que hacia 1 año que no visitaba este tipo de establecimientos y actividades.
Supongo que porque no había alguna película que me gustara tanto o porque el Netflix hemos encontrado contenido, pero salio la nueva película de KARATE KID LEGENDS y bueno si sale Jackie chan hay que ir jeje.
Mas que todo quería tener un detalle con mi novia y recordar cuando empezábamos esta relación ya que íbamos mucho a cine.

Yo tengo membresía en este cine desde que salio en este centro comercial que se llama CITY PLAZA y queda a 30 minutos de Medellín en el municipio de Envigado.

En total me gaste unos 20 dólares incluyendo los boletos y la comida. A propósito de la comida para mi estas son de las mejores crispetas ( palomitas de maiz ) de los cine aquí en Medellin.

Salio económico porque ya habíamos comprado algo afuera y bueno había que entrar con algo a la Sala para ver la película, pero ella ya se había comido las crispetas antes de que empezara la película jeje.

La comida incluía una bebida, un hot dog y unas crispetas grandes y bueno ya saben que paso con todo eso .
En cuanto al cine es muy bueno, buena pantalla sonido e incluso en algunos trailer que vimos antes de que empezara la pelicula, hablan actores de la talla de Tom Cruise de cinepolis lo que me pareció genial ( a ella le encanto ).
Aunque este no es un post de cine quiero decirte que la película es muy buena apta para todo publico y tiene varias referencias a todos esos fans que hemos seguido esta saga ; ademas que tiene un pequeño romance incluido que le da ese toque que me gusto, aparte de los avances tecnológicos del cine actual.

Bueno ver al grande Jackie Chan en la pantalla grande es algo que siempre me alegra y me devuelve a mi época de niño.

Bueno para finalizar también me regalaron 2 boletas ya que este mes cumplió años entonces ya tengo otro plan para este mes, así que gracias por eso cinepolis.
