9/9/25 - Fictional Movie Bands Tunes! On This Three Tune Tuesday! & Two Outta The Three Songs Rock! 🎸 & Gene Talks Tunes Vlog 🎙️ + Bonus Tunes 🥁
This week for Three Tune Tuesday I picked fictional bands from movies & a TV show. These songs were originally made for said projects not cover songs. I do a deep dive in my vlog below. The third pick is corny AF! but I was in the movie so I picked it for that reason 😂. Jokes aside I was really in it as an extra but ended up speaking in it! Picks one & two are 🔥. I’ll throw in a bonus jam from both of them also from same soundtrack & original. My first pick the actor playing the frontman in movie actually really sang the whole soundtrack. I promise you 4 outta 5 are great songs! Cheers!

You know, last year I read an article on Listverse about fictional songs in movies, and this post reminded me of it. I think my favorite fictional song from a movie is Fever Dog by Stillwater, and it has Mike McCready on the guitars. By the way, I still own the Almost Famous soundtrack, one of the best soundtracks of this century. I borrowed it from a friend like in 2001 and the guy never asked for it back. Here it goes
