Hello friends Film and TV lovers, it is always a pleasure to come back here to share with you some series, movies or in this case, anime that I have enjoyed, because it is always interesting to see the opinions and even suggestions from other lovers of these genres, so a few weeks ago being on vacation I decided to listen to my son who suggested me to watch an anime that has 2 seasons available on Netflix streaming network name:

Ajin: semi-human

This 2016 anime, as usual is based on a manga, focuses on humanity has discovered the existence of immortal beings, these beings are pursued by governments around the world, with the purpose of knowing more about these and how to exploit their immortality for their own benefit.

Thus, after showing us a brief introduction in which a group of people in Africa are fighting with what they call a Soldier of God (Ajin) who is subdued by troops, not knowing what has happened to him.

Then the protagonist of this story appears in Japan, a teenager who longs to be a doctor and attends high school, named Kei Nagai, who is run over after visiting his sister in the hospital and discovers that he is an Ajin, this young man knowing that these people are not considered human and are persecuted flees the place, very scared.

Now, the Ajin, after dying even if they have lost an arm or a leg, manage to come back to life and the lost part, to call it somehow, grows back, but these people manage to do this thanks to what they call black ghosts that are like shadows that inhabit them and make possible their resurrection and the regeneration of their lost or affected parts.

Nowhere in the anime do we get to understand where these beings have arisen from, but they suggest to us that our protagonist was not born an Ajin, his black ghost decided to inhabit him.

Now, as it usually happens in many movies, there are evil characters and here in antagonist is an older man known as Satou who takes all his steps with a purpose, he does nothing randomly, each of his movements is strategic, even if it does not seem so.

This anime shows us how the different and misunderstood comes to cause, in addition to fear, the abuse of others towards those who are considered different, inhuman or even inferior, as the Ajin if caught are subjected to sadistic and cruel experimentation.

Something that I found interesting is that the Black Ghost of each Ajin has a different form and each Ajin or most of them manage to have dominion over this ghost, but this dominion depends on the capacity of each Ajin and the characteristics of the ghost.

Among the characters we can mention: Nagai Ken, Sató, Yuu Tosaki, Izumi Shimomura, Takeshi Kotobuki, Kouji Tanaka, among others. The change and evolution in some of these characters is notorious, although in some cases we do not get to know what motivated them to change or how that change occurred, as for the animation is not the best, but it illustrates and allows us to see action and events in a reasonable way.

This anime has two seasons and has an open ending, since the manga that inspires it released its last volume in 2021, now if Netflix will release another season I do not know, but personally I want to know what will happen with the characters and events that were left without a term at the end of the second season.

Hola amigos amantes del Cine y la TV, siempre es un placer volver por acá a compartir con ustedes alguna serie, película o este caso, anime que he disfrutado, pues siempre es interesante ver las opiniones y hasta sugerencias de otros amantes de estos géneros, así hace unas semanas estando de vacaciones decidí hacerle caso a mi hijo quien me sugirió ver un anime que tiene 2 temporadas disponibles en la cadena streaming Netflix nombre:

Ajin: semihumano

Este anime de 2016, como de costumbre está basado en un manga, se centra en que la humanidad ha descubierto la existencia de seres inmortales, estos seres son perseguidos por los gobiernos de todo el mundo, con el propósito de saber más acerca de estos y cómo explotar su inmortalidad para beneficio propio.

Así, luego de mostrarnos una breve introducción en la que un grupo de personas en áfrica está luchando con que denominan un Soldado de Dios (Ajin) este es sometido por tropas, desconociendo que ha pasado con este.

Aparece luego en Japón el protagonista de esta historia, un adolescente que anhela ser médico y asiste a la secundaria, de nombre Kei Nagai, quien es atropellado luego de visitar a su hermana en el hospital y descubre que es un Ajin, este joven sabiendo que estas personas no son consideradas humanas y que son perseguidas huye del lugar, muy asustado.

Ahora bien, los Ajin, tras morir aun cuando hayan perdido un brazo o una pierna, logran volver a la vida y la parte perdida, por llamarlo de alguna manera, vuelve a crecer, pero estas personas logran hacer esto gracias a que junto a ellos o en ellos habita lo que llaman fantasmas negros que son como sombras que habitan en ellos y los que hacen posibles su resurrección y la regeneración de sus partes perdidas o afectadas.

En ninguna parte del anime se llega a comprender de donde han surgido estos seres, pero nos sugieren que nuestro protagonista no nació siendo un Ajin, su fantasma negro decidió habitar en él.

Ahora bien, como suele ocurrir en muchas películas, hay personajes malvados y aquí en antagonista es un hombre mayor conocido como Satou quien da todos sus pasos con un propósito, no hace nada al azar, cada uno de sus movimientos es estratégico, así no lo parezca.

Este anime nos muestra el cómo lo diferente e incomprendido llega a causar, además de temor, el abuso de otros hacia los que son considerados diferentes inhumanos o hasta inferiores, ya que los Ajin si son atrapados son sometidos a experimentación sádica y cruel.

Algo que me pareció interesante es que el Fantasma Negro de cada Ajin tiene una forma diferente y cada Ajin o la mayoría logra tener dominio sobre este fantasma, pero ese dominio depende de la capacidad de cada Ajin y de las características del fantasma.

Entre los personajes se pueden mencionar a: Nagai Ken, Sató, Yuu Tosaki, Izumi Shimomura, Takeshi Kotobuki, Kouji Tanaka, entre otros. El cambio y evolución en algunos de estos personajes es notorio, aunque en algunos casos no se llega a conocer que los motivó a cambiar o cómo ocurrió ese cambio, en cuanto a la animación no es la mejor, pero nos ilustra y nos permite ver acción y eventos de manera razonable.

Este anime cuenta con dos temporadas y tiene un final abierto, ya que el manga que lo inspira saco su último volumen en el año 2021, ahora sí Netflix lanzará alguna otra temporada lo desconozco, pero en lo personal yo deseo saber qué ocurrirá con los personajes y hechos que quedaron sin un término al final de la segunda temporada.

Finalmente, si deseas ver un anime entretenido en el que los personajes tienen características interesantes y además amistad, acción, estrategia y alianzas inesperadas, Ajin es para ti, gracias por llegar hasta aquí y recuerda que tus impresiones y comentarios siempre son bien recibidos.

I'm sure you'll like it, it's an interesting theory and seeing the differences between each of the Ajin and their ghosts is intriguing.
