Hello CineTV

I'm not sure what Fall season is like for people in other countries but about mid-September in the U.S. the commercials start to turn to horror films and creepy shows. My wife hates being scared and I have to be on guard for her to either close her eyes or leave the room. Even the commercials are too much for her.

Regardless, there is something as we move towards Halloween that somehow draws me to listen to creepy stories on the internet and watch zombie shows. I'm not sure how it works but this is what drew me to this contest idea. I hope you all enjoyed it.

I want to take a moment and thank those that entered the contest. There were some very good entries and I am excited to share the winners, so...

Let's get to this week's winners:

First Place

The first place finisher was @irenenavarroart with a choice of In the Tall Grass, found here: https://peakd.com/hive-121744/@irenenavarroart/cinetv-contest-in-the-tall

Stephen King is the master of creepy! I haven't seen In the Tall Grass but it looks pretty scary. Thanks and congrats!

Second place

In second place we have @nbarrios67 with the choice of Talk to Me, here: https://peakd.com/hive-121744/@nbarrios67/cinetv-contest-79-talk-to-me-disturbing-and-correct-film-that-manages-to-scare

Thank you for the creepy personal story and connecting it to the movie. I am always creeped out by ouija boards...no thank you! Congrats!

Third place

Our third place winner in this contest is @yasmarit with their choice of Deliver Us from Evil and can be found here: https://peakd.com/hive-121744/@yasmarit/cinetv-contest-deliver-us-from

Demon possession freaks me out so it is a great choice for being creepy. While I haven't seen this film it looks like one that would definitely make me on edge. Thanks!

Congrats!

225 CINE COINS and 100 Ecency Points will be transferred to the winners.

Now if anyone disagrees with our choices then please tag us in a comment on this post!

And let's move on to the new contest!

Favorite Lego Movie or Show

On to our next contest! Thank you to @ecency for sponsoring our Cine TV contests! Check them out at ecency.com. 🙂

As my wife would say when dealing with Legos, "Everything is AWESOME!" I have to admit, my house is full of Legos. It could be from my 2 sons who love the plastic blocks but the reality is that my wife is the biggest Lego fan of the family. I love it! To be fair, we probably have a bit too much Lego in the house, if that is even possible?!?

In this contest we are going to explore the myriad of Lego movies and shows that have been made. Star Wars, Batman, Ninjago, DC Heroes...there are so many choices! Pick a movie or show and tell me what you love about it. What about this Lego movie or show drew you to pick it? How did Lego make this story better? What would you make if you had the rights to Lego?

Be original and don't just retell the plot. I look forward to reading your selections. Have a great week!

Please check out the list of rules and suggestions below or feel free to ask me in the Discord channel if you have any questions (caulderfreeman). Enjoy this week's contest and good luck!

I think I am going to pass on Lego films. Too much on my plate right now to do it justice.
