Frey's Findings- What's new for you?

Hello and welcome back to yet another publication of ‘Frey’s Findings’. Now time to find out what is really going down with the youth of this week.

This week in the movie world, the new ‘Puss in Boots: The Last Wish’. Is kicking up a storm.
I went to the cinema this weekend and all that was on was adverts for it. Now, I am not the type of person to go to the cinema and watch a cartoon BUT this one actually looks like an interesting watch the more I see it advertised. The movie itself has already racked up 95% on rotten tomatoes, so I would say that collectively a lot of people also agree in the fact that it is a very good film. Have any of you watched it? What are your thoughts?

This week on Netflix, The kids film ‘Sing’ has been popular with over 5.4 million hours of it streamed this week!! I remember going to watch it in the cinema when it first came out in 2016, and I loved it.
It is so musical and makes you feel good. I really enjoyed it. Have you watched it? A popular category that the youths like to watch is K-dramas, basically just Korean romance shows. Personally I love watching them, even though you can’t understand what is being said, I always have subtitles on whatever I watch- foreign or english. I can never watch anything if the subtitles aren’t there.

This week for streaming, Amazon Prime has been streaming ‘Shotgun Wedding’ which stars Jennifer Lopez, a fan favourite as a lot of people including myself love her music and that would help give the film a boost as such a famous pop star is in it.

As for streaming myself, I have just been sticking to the usual BBC iPlayer and YouTube. What have you been streaming this week?

This week on YouTube, the Grammys are trending, especially Harry Styles’ big win with winning album of the year. Did you tune into the Grammys this year? I didn't because you cannot access it here in the UK.

Another trending creator has been PewDiePie about his news about a new baby. I know that PewDiePie is very significant to those of my age and many of us grew up with his videos. Hearing this news makes us all feel old haha!

This week a trending celebrity has been Madonna, she appeared at the Grammy Awards looking completely unrecognisable with all the work she has had done on her face. I agree with the fact that she has definitely changed dramatically. I think it would have been nice to see her just age gracefully.
