The little things count

I don't know about you but I love getting inspired by the simplest things in life. It always makes me smile whenever I find inspiration by something as simply as seeing a bird, a cat or a drawing my daughter made. It's exactly at these moments when I realize that we should not take the little things in life for granted because even those little things we consider normal or don't see anymore unless we really look, can bring us great joy!

Let's try to enjoy the little things every day, even if it's just 1 little thing you notice, let's not forget that even those can bring inspiration to write something today.

Newspaper subscription

Our weekly newspaper has been a hot item for quite some time now, and why would it not be? Whenever there is community news, you will find it in the newspaper as well as a few other recurring topics such as the Moviestar of the week and celebrity gossip, but you also find trailers of upcoming releases and much more.

If you sometimes miss the latest edition of the newspaper, you can leave a comment asking for a subscription. Every week you will be tagged in a comment to get notified about the new newspaper. By taking a subscription, completely free, you will sure find some inspiration by reading the paper. Here's our last newspaper if you haven't seen it yet.

New weekly format: Tuesday Tunes

Today was the second week I introduced "Tuesday Tunes" on the CineTV Twitter account, last week we only had a few comments unfortunately, but maybe it needs some warming up first. Therefore, here's a reminder to check out the Tuesday Tunes tweet to collect some cool music coming from movies, which will surely inspire a few people here and there to start writing a post on our new frontend. So don't wait and start writing your comments on the Tuesday Tunes tweet!

Bollywood

So thanks to the previous Tuesday Tunes tweet, a member pointed out that we should not forget about Bollywood. Of course we never excluded Bollywood, but I also never focused on Bollywood themed movies either. I created a new writing prompt to inspire people to share their favorite Bollywood movies and I managed to create a little list for myself. I don't have any to add to the list myself but that will change in the near future as I'm exciting to watch them with my daughter as I'm quite sure she will love the colorful costumes.

Where many of us only watch Hollywood movies, we can't forget about the HUGE industry called Bollywood. I don't have exact numbers to share but when I saw these in the past, I was amazed that this industry is that big. As a European this goes past me completely, but I'd like to change that. It's also great to learn more about other cultures at the same time, so please keep adding your favorites or write about it on CineTV if you have more than a comment to share.
