Estoy seguro de que, aparte de haber leído la obra de Mary Shelley, he visto todas las versiones o adaptaciones de la película Frankenstein.
En tu reseña indicas que todas cuentan lo mismo y haces un alto en la versión de “Del Toro”.
Hace unos meses tuve la oportunidad de ver la película. En lo que respecta a lo visual, me pareció espectacular; seguro que eso se dio porque el séptimo arte no se ha quedado quieto y ha sabido nutrirse de mentes que saben de fotografía, vestuario, puesta en escena, etc. Por allí vamos bien.
Elordi se destaca, logra transmitir más allá del simple monstruo. Pero la trama, eso mató la película.
Del Toro perdió tiempo en explicaciones, restándole esa magia de la obra original. Por supuesto, respeto tu opinión, tan solo estoy dando la mía. La película se me hizo pesada; casi que no la terminé de ver. Creo que todavía falta que alguien le brinde un tributo bien merecido a Mary Shelley con una mejor película. Esperemos que no haya que esperar mucho.

I am sure that, apart from having read Mary Shelley's work, I have seen all the versions or adaptations of the movie Frankenstein.
In your review, you indicate that they all tell the same story, and you make a stop in the version of “Del Toro".
A few months ago I had the opportunity to see the movie. As far as the visuals are concerned, I thought it was spectacular; surely that was because the seventh art has not stood still and has been able to feed on minds that know about photography, costumes, staging, etc. We are doing well there.
Elordi stands out, manages to transmit beyond the simple monster. But the plot, that killed the movie.
Del Toro wasted time on explanations, subtracting that magic from the original work. Of course, I respect your opinion; I'm just giving my own. The movie was too heavy for me; I almost didn't finish watching it. I think someone is yet to give a well-deserved tribute to Mary Shelley with a Best Picture. Let's hope we don't have to wait too long.

Jajaja te pasó igual que a una amiga, ella amó toda la estética, pero detestó la trama y el enfoque que le dio Guillermo, ni siquiera la terminó de ver, se decepcionó bastante. Tampoco le gustaron las actuaciones 😅. Tranquilo, la idea es opinar, no todos estuvieron contentos con esta entrega. Saludos y gracias por pasar, espero que estés mejor 🤗.
