Hello everyone! I hope you are feeling great. Today I want to share with you a review of a series that honestly blew my mind when I saw it. So I'll tell you my opinions about it, it's about the series: Arcane. It is somewhat known, but maybe some of you do not know it, or have not had much contact with the world of the animated series. This series had such a great impact, that even people far away from the League of Legends videogame world gave it a chance. I am included in this group of people, I had not had any kind of contact with LOL, I had heard my college classmates talking about it, and they told me that it was very competitive and that it was more or less a fantasy world that focused on group fights, among other things, that I never fully understood. After a while, seeing how many people spoke wonders of this series, and categorized it as one of the best animated series they had ever seen, curiosity got the better of me. I decided to watch it, and try to understand why I was liking it so much... And thank goodness I did.

Hola a todos! Espero se encuentren súper bien. El día de hoy les quiero compartir una reseña de una serie que sinceramente me voló la cabeza cuando la vi. Así que te contaré mis opiniones sobre ella, se trata de la serie: Arcane. Es algo conocida, pero tal vez alguno no la conozca, o no haya tenido mucho contacto con el mundo de las series animadas.. Esta serie tuvo un gran impacto, que hasta las personas más alejadas del mundo del videojuego League of Legends le dedicaron una oportunidad. En este grupo de personas estoy yo incluido, no había tenido ningún tipo de contacto con LOL, había escuchado a mis compañeros de universidad hablar de él, me contaban que era muy competitivo y que trataba más o menos de un mundo de fantasía que se enfocaba en peleas grupales, entre demás cosas, que nunca entendí del todo. Después de un tiempo viendo como muchas personas hablaban maravillas de esta serie, y que la categorizaban como una de las mejores series animadas que habían visto, la curiosidad me venció. Decidí verla, y tratar de entender por qué estaba gustando tanto.. Y menos mal que lo hice.

This series completely exceeded my expectations, the way it's done visually, the animation is a masterpiece.... Every frame could easily be in a painting in your house, and it would look epic. It's art, it has really beautiful shots, the mix between 2D and 3D animation is very well achieved, it doesn't look ugly, like in other productions... The action scenes are frenetic and exciting, including the occasional slow motion that gives it a nice touch... all accompanied by some great angles and various perspectives that keep your attention, and leave you with your mouth open. Beyond the great animation, the story that is presented and the characters are also fantastic, we get into the lives of two orphaned sisters who grow up in different worlds and perspectives by fate. Watching the relationship between them, and appreciating how they evolve is heartbreaking. Both make some questionable decisions that will bring great consequences in their lives, none of the characters is completely good or bad, they are complex, not everything is black and white...

Esta serie superó completamente mis expectativas, la manera en la que está hecha visualmente, la animación es una obra maestra... Cada fotograma podría fácilmente estar en un cuadro en tu casa, y se vería épico. Es arte, tiene planos realmente hermosos, la mezcla entre animación 2D y 3D está muy bien lograda, no se ve fea, como en otras producciones.. Las escenas de acción son frenéticas y emocionantes, incluyen una que otra cámara lenta que le da un toque buenísimo... todo acompañado de unos ángulos geniales y varias perspectivas que mantienen toda tu atención, y te dejan con la boca abierta. Más allá de la gran animación, la historia que se presenta y los personajes también son fantásticos, nos adentramos en la vida de dos hermanas huérfanas que crecen en diferentes mundos y perspectivas por cosas del destino. Ver la relación entre ellas, y apreciar cómo evolucionan es desgarrador. Ambas toman ciertas decisiones cuestionables que traerán grandes consecuencias en sus vidas, ninguno de los personajes es completamente bueno o malo, son complejos, no todo es blanco y negro...

The jewel of this series, and one of the main reasons why many people gave this story a chance, was Jinx, one of the main characters. Her design with that blue hair and her crazy weapons, show a whole wild and unbridled nature. Her personality is very unpredictable, going quickly from joy to anger, among many other traits that make you regret that she really is very bad in the head. (And yes, she is). The scenes in which this curious character goes berserk are amusing, though underneath that layer of insanity, you can see some courage and humanity. Each character here has their unique motivations and perspectives, it's quite interesting how these clash with each other, things like double standards and contempt for a less resourceful society are brought to the table. Another thing I liked most about Arcane, is how it brilliantly balances satisfying fans of the game while introducing new viewers to this interesting and visually spectacular world!

La joya de esta serie, y una de las razones principales por la cual muchas personas le dieron una oportunidad a esta historia, fue Jinx, una de las protagonistas. Su diseño con ese cabello azul y sus armas locas, muestran toda una naturaleza salvaje y desenfrenada. Su personalidad es muy impredecible, pasando rápidamente de la alegría al enojo, entre otros muchos rasgos que te hacen pesar que realmente está muy mal de la cabeza. (Y sí, lo está). Las escenas en las que este personaje curioso enloquece son divertidas, aunque debajo de esa capa de locura, se puede observar cierto valor y humanidad. Cada personaje aquí tiene sus motivaciones y perspectivas únicas, es bastante interesante como chocan estas unas con otras, se pone en la mesa cosas como la doble moral y el desprecio hacia una sociedad con menos recursos. ¡Otra de las cosas que más me gusto de Arcane, es como equilibra de manera brillante el satisfacer a los fans del juego y al mismo tiempo introduce a nuevos espectadores a este mundo tan interesante y visualmente espectacular!

I, as a person who never played League of Legends, at the beginning of this story was a bit crazy because of the amount of strange terms and names that were presented in the chapter. But soon I found myself totally inside this war, and this world, this means that the series presents you with a very good base, without needing many chapters for you to understand it. This series has a great mix of genres, from political drama, to certain touches of horror, and of course action. The animation allows for very epic battle sequences, full of explosive magic and interesting technology. My rating for this beauty is a 9.5/10. It's easily one of the best animated series I've seen, the animation - visual art are top notch, it's ideal for new viewers who are very interested in animated productions, and who love the whole video game atmosphere. It's mature and accessible, perfect for new people who want to see something new. After seeing that great season finale, I can't wait to see what's next in this story. I'm counting the days to get my hands on the confirmed second season! I want to share with you the trailer of this great series, so you can get a little deeper into this world.

Yo, como una persona que nunca jugó League of Legends, al principio de esta historia estaba un poco loco por la cantidad de términos y nombres extraños que se presentaban en el capítulo.. Pero pronto me encontré totalmente adentro de esta guerra, y de este mundo, esto significa que la serie te presenta una muy buena base, sin necesitar muchos capítulos para que logres entenderle. Esta serie tiene una gran mezcla de géneros, desde drama político, hasta ciertos toques de terror, y por supuesto acción. La animación permite secuencias de batallas muy épicas, llenas de magias explosivas y tecnología interesante. Mi calificación para esta hermosura es un 9.5/10. Es fácilmente una de las mejores series animadas que he visto, la animación - arte visual son de primer nivel, es ideal para nuevos espectadores que les interesa muchos las producciones animadas, y que les encanta toda esta atmosfera de videojuego. Es madura y accesible, perfecta para nuevas personas con ganas de ver algo nuevo. Después de ver ese gran final de temporada, no puedo esperar para ver que sigue después en esta historia. Ando contando los días para tener en mi poder la ya confirmada segunda temporada!! Les quiero compartir el tráiler de esta gran serie, para que se adentren un poco más en este mundo.
