The Consultant: The worst or best boss in the world?
I was busy for a long time and solving various problems, as I had said before, and the fact that I dedicated myself to these things for a long time gave me the chance to watch some movies and series in my free time, and even more, Prime Video productions.

"The Consultant" the 2023 Amazon series that has made me think about many things, seeing Cristoph Waltz with the main role of this series filled me with emotion because we all know that he is a good actor and if he has the main role is because the delivery is going to be very cool.
"El consultor" la serie 2023 de Amazon que me ha puesto a pensar muchas cosas, al ver a Cristoph Waltz con el papel principal de esta serie me llenó demasiado de emoción porque todos sabemos que él es un buen actor y si él tiene el papel principal es porque va a ser muy genial la entrega.
In order to not give spoilers regarding the plot of this series, the only interesting thing I will tell you is that the Consultant's job begins after the contractor dies, which makes this series totally interesting.
Para no dar spoiler referente a la trama de esta serie, lo único interesante que les diré es que el trabajo de Consultor empieza luego que el contratante muere, lo cual hace que esta serie sea totalmente interesante.
What I liked the most was the way Regus educates his employees, where he shows us the face that the new generation wants everyone to show, without prejudice, does not judge and the only thing that he discriminates against is that you cannot give everything for what you are looking for and what do you want to achieve
Lo que más me gustó fue la manera de Regus educar a sus empleados, en donde nos muestra la cara que la nueva generación quiere que todos muestren, si prejuicios, no juzga y lo unico que el discrimina es que no puedas dar el todo por lo que buscas y lo que quieres conseguir.
I remember when I saw the publicity for this trailer, it hadn't been released yet, so it left me anxious because I thought it was a very interesting project. This series is 100% recommended, it is a very interesting and complete story that you must see, although I have seen that people have interpreted the story as it should not, when you deeply understand what you see you realize that there are no errors.
Recuerdo cuando vi la publicidad de este tráiler, aún no se había estrenado, por lo que me dejó ansiosa porque me había parecido un proyecto muy interesante. Recomendable al 100% esta serie, es una historia muy interesante y completa que debes ver, aunque he visto que la gente ha interpretado la historia como no se debe, cuando entiendes con profundidad lo que ves te das de cuenta que no hay errores.
I have seen how there are people who have demanded a second season, when I do not agree, because this story is complete, it does not need more, if they give us a second season they will make the same plot, because this season shows us enough and I don't think it Will be necessary to show it in a second season, it would become somewhat repetitive and it would make the audience dissatisfied.
He visto como hay personas que han reclamado una segunda temporada, cuando yo no estoy de acuerdo, porque esta historia está completa, no necesita más, si nos dan una segunda temporada harán una trama igual, porque esta temporada nos muestra lo suficiente y el propósito que tuvo no creo que sea necesario mostrarlo en una segunda temporada, se volvería algo repetitivo y hará que la audiencia no esté conforme.
Reading reviews of this series I have realized how Regus Patoff is classified as a bad person or a bad boss (failing that), but let's remember that when you fulfill your responsibility and commitment we should not consider it as such, especially when you ask for inclusion, he treats everyone equally and has the best reviews and how we can improve as a person, not by this I want to say that I agree with him 100%, but I totally accept that he is the fairest person I have ever seen as a boss.
Leyendo reseñas de esta serie me he dado cuenta como catalogan a Regus Patoff como una mala persona o mal jefe (en su defecto), pero recordemos que cuando tú cumples con tu responsabilidad y compromiso no debemos considerarlo como tal, y más cuando pides inclusión, él trata a todos por igual y tiene las mejores críticas hacía como podemos mejorar como persona, no con esto quiero decir que estoy al 100% de acuerdo con él, pero acepto totalmente que él es la persona más justa que he visto como jefe.
