I gave up pretty early on in this season because I found the lead actress to be insufferable. I'll probably give it another go once I have finished "The Better Sister"

It's one of the things that also kept me away from watching The last of us as she looks nothing like Ellie and kind of has a weird face. From what I see she is also getting a lot of hate online. I was considering watching the series but I'll stick to just playing the 2nd game also once I get my hands on it for cheaps.

Yes, not everyone likes the actress, but if you like the story you should give it another chance.
