I really liked the first one, especially with all the quirky dialogue and well-paced exposition in the first part of the movie. Great humor and actors too.
I've yet to see the second one. Like you said, it's probably not going to be as inspired as the original movies but I'll still take my chance on it.. and now that the third one's come out it might just be the perfect opportunity for me to watch all of them 😄
Am I the only one that finds the hair they've put on Daniel Craig for this one a bit jarring, though? 🤣

The good thing about these movies is that they are not connected; they are totally different stories. The only thing they have in common is the detective character, but the stories themselves are not related.
You can watch the second one first, or start with this one I'm recommending. Cheers.
