RE: One Battle After Another (2025): movie of the year? | ¿la película del año? [ENG|ESP]

I did intend to read "Vineland" but I only found out this movie was based on it after watching it last week.

I'm not sure it will win best movie but it is for sure worth a watch! I liked it!

It's stylish, funny, raunchy and incredibly well paced considering how long it lasts. Never managed to be boring.

It also comes out at a time where it feels quite provocative, with all that is going on in the US.

Not only that, but it manages to have a black female heroine doing amazing things without trying too hard to sell you that idea.. which is a lot these days.

Very interesting movie.
