There can be evil everywhere, the doctors the Nazi's had conducting experiments weren't real doctors. They were butchers. Sometimes directors should be more ethical as well, but this was from a different era and they didn't have the same restraints as they do today. Sometimes seeing the disturbing is educational, if only to keep ourselves and families from such horrible evils in the world.
