Welcome to this week's new CineTV Community Newspaper. I hope you are all enjoying your weekend? Now let's sit back and relax a bit with our weekly newspaper!

CINE COMMUNITY UPDATE

Let's kick off this week's paper with the great news that, there is no news! Yes, it's true. It's great news that there's no news. It means nothing more or less than that everything runs smoothly. The only problem is that it's a bit more difficult for me to write community updates. But we'll give that a twist too.

CINE CONTEST UPDATE

A very interesting theme this week. Everyone has thought about a movie that has a very interesting premise, but which you think is just badly made. I do have a few movies that I thought, "Gosh, I would have made those in a different way." Or that you think, "I could have done that better".

If you've had any of these moments while watching a movie, now's your chance to tell us all what you could do better, and don't forget to tell us why you think you can do better.

This week we're looking for your favorite movie animal Character Don't forget to check the contest rules before placing your entry. You still have two days to participate in this contest. The submission deadline is 12th July, 2022, 11:59 PM, UTC time.

As you know by now, We love to read your personal stories, not only blogs written for the contest. Why is that one movie or series so special to you? What impact has it had on you? Did a movie or series change your mind about certain things? Just to name a few examples.

PAWS OF FURY

This movie is just a little late for this week's contest, but would have fit in great. Maybe we'll get a new favorite movie animal soon? Would it be the dog? The dog is appointed to rescue the city where the cats have their residence. Or are you someone who would fall for one or more cats from the film. One thing is certain, cat and dog together provides usually many moments of action and animation.

PERSUASION

A Netflix film in which Dakota Johnson plays a romantic lead.

Anne Elliot and her family live on the brink of financial ruin. Her family's snobbishness doesn't make life any easier for Anne. She herself can be quite stubborn, and sensitive. She once had deep feelings for Frederick, but sent him away because he was too rambunctious for her family's liking.

The moment Frederick crashes back into her life, Anne has to choose. Does she listen to her mind or her feelings? Does she choose the past or the future?

WRONG PLACE

Bruce Willis returns to a kind of role he's played many times before, which seems to be just right for him.

This time Willis plays a former police chief. It doesn't matter if Willis plays a former police chief or an FBI agent, you can be sure of some action in the film.

In this film, he is hunted by a meth queen. He has to keep himself alive, but also his daughter!

MOVIE & CELEBRITY GOSSIPS

One of my favorite parts of the weekly newspaper. The juicy gossip! I can't help it, I think it's one of the "guilty pleasures", which I will never admit after today. Because like everyone else, I always pretend that I'm not interested in that at all.

• News about the English Royals always seems to remain important. Even when it comes to Royals long gone with us. This time, a former trainer to the late Lady Di wanted a taste of what it's like to be in the spotlight.

  With the 'news' revealing why Lady Di wore the same clothes more often, calling the news 'heartbreaking', he made his 5 minute show time.

  I then wonder if this really could be called heartbreaking news, if it's even important after all those years? Or is he secretly looking for new customers?
  
  

• Then of course there was the news this week that Boris Johnson has resigned as prime minister. He was determined to stay on until a new successor was chosen, giving the impression that he has a strong sense of duty. That he will continue to serve his country until there is a new leader, only to continue his obligation to the public.

  However, rumors suggest that BoJo's determination has little to do with a sense of duty to the country. But that it has more to do with wanting to fulfill the wishes of his beloved bride. After all, her 2021 wedding party was a party with only 30 guests allowed (I'm not sure they complied), but a celebration to celebrate their anniversary at Checkers might have been more her style? In order to do that, it was important that BoJo stay on until a new successor was chosen and installed.

  It is rumored that the couple has ditched plans for the wedding party.
  
  

• It should come as no surprise that Amber Heard's life has changed drastically after the lost lawsuit against Johnny Depp. It's no surprise she doesn't have $8 million ready to pay Johnny. But that her insurance company refuses to pay, which came as a surprise to Amber. Especially now that she's been accused by her insurance company that the defamation was intentional and malicious. That will be a disappointment!

  But that's not all. For the time being Amber will not like to go to Australia either. Australia is investigating Amber for perjury. It looks like Amber is not out of the woods for the time being, but who knows, maybe a nice movie could be made about all the drama she is going through.
  
  

• As the drama piles up for Amber, Johnny seems to reign again! He has landed another movie role and not just any role. Johnny takes on the role of King Louis XV., and rumors are circulating that he is also currently considering an offer from Disney to return as Jack Sparrow. Whether these rumors are reliable, time will tell, or whether it is merely the public's desire that fuels these rumours.
  
  

Like every week I enjoyed the gossip, but like every week I am very happy that I can walk away from my PC and live my own life anonymously. In peace! No journalists on my doorstep trying to retrace all my steps. No hordes of people screaming after me when I walk down the street. And no peeping eyes when I walk the dogs down the street and let out an expletive when one of the dogs surprises me with a hard tug on the leash.

I don't envy the Hollywood stars. Let me live happily in peace without Hollywood madness! How about you?
