Cine TV Community Spotlight #32
Hello and welcome to the 32ND edition of Cine TV Community Spotlight. The Cine TV Spotlight Series has begun in a bid to boost engagement and interaction in the community and showcase the work of deserving authors.
And it’s all simple. At the end of every week, we spotlight works by authors based on the content, originality, style, and word count. It is not a contest, but just our way of creating exposure for the works we enjoyed throughout the week and boosting exceptionally written content by our authors. Simply put, give it your best and have fun while at it, and then we showcase your work here.
So, in no particular order, here are the authors spotlighted for this week:

Title: Flawless
As someone who was a victim of chauvinism, I related so well with the plot of this movie. I felt the emotions of the female lead, and honestly, it's one movie that left me in deep thought. The question of if we are opportuned to wealth, would we become givers or takers, was quite resounding, and it became the highlight of the movie for me. The movie started with a young lady who happens to be a reporter. She was seated in a restaurant and was joined by an elderly woman.

Title: Melo-Movie
I’ve a thing for romance dramas and movies, but korean dramas have made me fall deeper in love with romance genre—they put in so much emotion, that one forgets it’s just a drama and nothing more. Melo Movie is a korean drama with twelve (12) episodes, that delves into themes of love, loneliness, complexities in relationships and personal growth within the film industry. It stars Choi Woo Shik and Park Bo-young.

Title: Love Next Door
Sometime earlier this year, I ranted about being in a kdrama/movie slump, and how I found it very hard, watching a 16 episode series. Well, I'm back from it and in the span of the last two weeks, I've watched four amazing shows, I can't wait to share with you all. One of which I would be reviewing now. Love next door is one drama I got from a friend during my slump. I collected it because after hearing it's premise, that had a nice feel to it, i thought it would be enough to get me out of my slump. Alas, it didn't. It took me about 5 months to finish this drama and now, read me tell you why it took that long.

Title: El Jardinero
A couple of weeks back, I was just scrolling on Netflix looking for something to watch. I'm busy with work, but I wanted a change of pace. I then stumbled upon this Spanish psychological thriller mini-series called El Jardinero or The Gardener in English. I chose it because each episode is less than an hour long, and there were only six of them, so it wouldn't take much of my time. The genre is also up my alley, so I was also quite excited to check it out.

Title: Teen Titans: The Judas Contract
The movie kicks off with a flashback (because why not start with a little time-travel headache?), showing the Titans recruiting Starfire after a heated battle with aliens. Fast forward five years, and the Titans are now a neatly packed team featuring familiar faces like Nightwing, Robin (Damian Wayne version, yes, the cranky one), Beast Boy, Blue Beetle, Raven, and Starfire. Sounds solid, right? Well, not for long. Actually no,it never seemed solid at all. It was some sort of facade they were all putting up with.

Title: Heart Eyes
From the start to finish of this film, I was hooked and not in a terrified way. Every proceeding scene came with a touch of delight. I like that the plot of this particular horror film didn't follow the regular jump scare storyline. Heart Eyes is a bottle film with just a handful of characters who performed explicitly. I was really impressed by the passion each character put into acting their roles. It would have been a bad scenario if the only set of people that viewers were watching performed poorly.ith simple action and a tiny bit of emotional weight.

Title: The Room
When our wishes are granted by unnatural means, it often collects its debt in ways we never expect. This thought lingered long after I watched The Room. I was expecting a horror movie, but until the end, I wasn’t horrified. Instead, I was emotionally disturbed, haunted, shaken, and left to wallow in a pool of my own thoughts. I was scared, not of ghosts or monsters, but of us humans, and the extent to which we can go to get what we want...

Title: Silent Zone
Talking about movies that can keep you on your toes and make you feel so elated, I have got one for you, and it is titled Silent Zone. Naturally, I was never planning to watch this movie anytime soon, but when I saw this movie on my system library, I thought it was a Nollywood movie until I played it and I saw that it was a Hollywood movie, then I decided to watch to see if it will really suit what I want. This movie took me back to those days when you watch zombie movies, and you feel like the movie is a realistic one because of how it was done
